Is Threshold active while Krosan Beast is in the graveyard? I'm fairly new to magic, but since it says "Krosan Beast gets +7/+7" rather than "Krosan Beast gets 7 +1/+1 counters" would that mean that it's base power and toughness are affected in all zones, whereas counters would be removed when leaving the field?
