Posted Dec 18, 2018The "during your turn" does make it more balanced, though. I first thought, really, Sphere of Resistance that hits activated abilities too? But no, it only works on your turn. But it can be a good way to screw over players who try to use instants to get around Rule of Law. Players like me!
