Eh, Diabolic Revelation already exists. The whole point of Commander being a singleton format is to reduce consistency/enhance variance for more dynamic play. A deck with 15 tutors defeats that purpose.
I can see this being a late game play in a beatdown deck. I've been playtesting a zombie deck and I'm out of gas by the fifth or sixth turn most games. I'm thinking of adding Vampiric Rites to the main, just to have some extra card draw.
This is a tutor I can get behind. Except it requires shenanigans to be useful. Probably not going to show up in standard, but I see some fun mana tricks. Jund Wolf Run Ramp to throwback to INN block?
First thought in EDH is, This into Ill-Gotten Gains, Dark Ritual, Cabal Ritual. Ill Gotten this back into your hand, This again for Exsanguinate, Rings, and Basalt. That way I can mostly empty hands and see what everyone gets back. mana intensive, yes. gonna happen, ehh. Take this with a grain of salt, I'll still play Nevermore/Meddling and call Prophet of Kruphix just in case.
