Ugh... I want this to be great but that +1 is a bit restrictive. Still, it's only a matter of time until someone plugs this in to esper control and goes nuts with instant speed discard.

Well, if we pool our knowledge together, we can find some use for the static.

Also eliminates what few combat tricks would work against the Teferi-based control decks, too. This Teferi comes down, the opponent can't respond to him until at least their main phase, and he can come down early. UWx control is going to utterly dominate Arena for who knows how long now? It's already unstoppable.

Ironically, I think this card would "feel stronger" if it lacked the +1 ability altogether. Getting that static effect with a one-time bounce that cantrips is a VERY good deal... but the relative narrowness of that +1 kind of blindsided me.

Between killing mirror controls and enabling instant-speed wraths and thoughtseizes, this may actually be the strongest walker announced so far.

This seems even easier to land the ol' Teferi Knowledge Pool lock with, though. If you stick this, ironically, it completely hoses control mirrors. No more countering your spells or responding to your spells and abilities without actual abilities on the board.

Wow, this is super strong. It's like if Dosan the Falling Leaf was also a Pyknite and was also a Man-o'-war.

He’s just a stalling card. I’m so ashamed that mtg came up with these new garbage cards.

this thing is insane...blue/white is getting way too good of cards so far.

This is just stupid powerful, and whoever resolves this first in a control mirror match will probably win barring a quick vraska’s contempt. Casting Thought Erasure on someones upkeep seems insane, especially since theres no way for them to cast anything in response. Sure, he’s not super great against hasty aggro decks with very few instants, but bouncing a creature and drawing a card is still good. Plus, if he sticks around, instant speed wraths are amazing against creature decks.

This card is bonkers. 3 mana draw and bounce with a 1 loyalty planeswalker left behind is solid, especially as you can't get screwed by a card like dive down.

Most of all though this just super strong in control mirrors and is serviceable everywhere else.
