Any burn spell that lets you divide damage as you choose means you only have to spend one point of it on one of your creatures to recur the spell.

Also, yes, Boros Charm is a slam include in the deck. Double strike on your turn, hold up RW and pass turn so everyone at the table knows that you've got an answer ready for their shenanigans.

The greater value honestly comes from targeted cantrips. Drawing a card for a single colored mana is insane value. Like, you'd still play a card that was just literally "[W]: As an additional cost, target a creature you control. Draw a card" in this deck.

In commander, this plays a lot of the best stuff Zada, Hedron Grinder does (including Zada herself) and in standard I can't wait to do silly ***** with it in my Beamsplitter Mage deck.

Burning your own creatures to get the burn spell back seems sub-optimal.

Boros Charm would also be very good. Double strike every turn, and if you have 4 mana up, you can use it, get it back, and use it for another function if you must.

First thing I thought of was just using some burn spells plus Dawn Charm or whatever every turn.

Seems a build-around-me commander, but in standard I'm not sure there are decent enough spells to capitalize on her ability... Unless you build a 3 color deck and start putting in things like quasiduplicate. Or justiciar's portal and adamant will to keep some of your creatures alive and deal damage with guttersnipe and electrostatic field.

Spark Double, then Quasiduplicate the Spark Double.

Quasiduplicate wouldn't do anything; it creates a copy of a legendary creature thus, you would have to sac it. Any kind of combat trick could be decent though.

if you go Jeskai with it in Standard, you also could include beamsplitter mage and really go to valuetown.

why go voltron? Have voltron as an option, sure, but what about cards that target multiple creatures you control? OR Heroic? I could see a very versatile combat-oriented deck here.
