Considering most Threaten spells are 3 CMC, I think an extra 3 is a bit much for 2 damage.

Removing two blockers is a bit stronger than removing one. At 5cmc this would be a firstpickable for sure!

Agreed, also at uncommon? Seems unplayable even in draft. I think they greatly over valued the ability to use the 2 damage to a planeswalker.

Something I've noticed is that while still a bit costly in mana, you can recur it in Feather, by targeting her or another creature you control with the 2 damage. I had a similar idea with Harness by Force, striving it at least once to target one of your own creatures as well, just to get it back at end of turn.

Though Harness is probably better since you don't blast your own creature and you can steal multiple things if you have the mana open.
