Posted Apr 17, 2019Edit: Joking aside, I am ecstatic about this card for EDH. Notion Thief always came across as too cute to me, but this card is going to be a powerhouse in Wheels/Paradox Engine-based EDH decks. Since her -2 actively helps search for Windfall, Timetwister, Time Spiral, and Wheel of Fortune, this is an extremely dangerous card if it resolves.
