So for one less card drawn, we get a Cloudblazer that's one mana cheaper, gets us one more life, and has one more point of toughness? I'm not quite sure how I feel about this.

After the uncommon simic and selesnya creatures, I was half-expecting another proliferator.

I think I like this better than Cloudblazer

If Centaur Healer saw major Standard play, this will too. One more mana and one less attack, but flying and it replaces itself... I'd say that's a pretty good deal.
