I'm actually doing something stupid and going home brew. what can I say I'm good at it. bloodchief blightning is what I'm doing. most of the cards are in the mail coming to me. just not here yet. you know I have rangers and the ruinblasters.

I was actually going to go homebrew myself. With a Grixis control deck, but then everyone figured out the tech I had for myself so it didn't feel homebrewish anymore so I just went with a deck that will win because in the end I am a Spike and I want prize packs XD.

As for the : vs - issue, I picked - simply because that's the way most of our titles have been formatted. I agree that a colon looks better though.

I'm still tweaking numbers but with the low mana curve the 20 land ain't to bad i want to cut up to 22 land but haven't figured what is to much and what isn't enough. more playtesting is in order.

and i didn't have all of my boros deck complete(missing 2 scalding tarn) so insted i just made a 4 color control deck and ended up placing 7th out of 20 by going 2-1-1 which isn't bad for me cause i generally don't play control so it's not bad

also i had 2 epic wins i just pulled out by i'll tell you guys them later

I just don't know about that damn deck. it has plenty of removal. it just has the wrong proportions to what I need. I don't think burst lightning is quite the answer

My list is much more aggressive, and plays more like RDW splashing for Bloodchief Ascension.


I haven't done very extensive testing, though. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

what role does the siege-gang commander play in the deck? I know it is a good card but it appears that it is a little out of place. especially with only 2

SGC is a great standalone card that makes his own army. You can use him to push through the last amounts of damage, kill creatures to trigger an online Bloodchief Ascension, and charge up an Ascension when needed. It also has good synergy with Goblin Guide.

the polymorph isn't painful, alot anyway, and you'll like being a ball lightning for the short duration of you test subject life.

i know that some of the card choices are questionable but i didn't have all the cards i wanted on hand and i didn't want to scramble to much to try and get the cards because i literally built the deck like 5 minutes before the tournament so i didn't really have the time

On another note, I pulled the trigger today and bought a playset of Chinese Obsidian Firehearts for $8 and shipping off of eBay. I am starting to love him so much since I had a previous playset of him before; hopefully my investment pays off in the long run :).

A situation came up recently, and I was wondering if you guys could help me figure it out.

I have an Enslave enchanting my op's Flameblast Dragon. He plays Karrthus. What happens with the Flameblast? Who has control of it at end of turn?
