Not too bad really. By himself he reads 4/3 with haste for 3RB. If you have more, hes like a BR tribal version of Ogre Wardriver but unlike Ogre, Caller gives the +2/+0 to each minotaur who attacks each turn.
Like Ogre Battledriver but every combat, not sure how strong minotaur tribal will be though in constructed. Dependent on amount we get though could be decent limited pick.
Probably not as bad as it looks, since it comes into play as a 4/3 hasty attacker at the very least and acts as an Ogre Battledriver for your guys. No wait, that's still pretty bad, because you could just play Battledriver a turn earlier anyway. Chaff outside of limited and casual.

You could play battledriver! Who has lower power, swings for the first time on the same turn, and only triggers for each creature once. The two aren't as comparable as you're pretending they are.

Check out the thread for my cube if you have the time, and tell me how terrible it is.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)

Battledriver also costs 1 mana less and requires no extra color commitment. You get what you pay for.
I'm not saying it's a direct comparison, but when your tribal lord isn't all that much better than a card that isn't seeing real constructed play anyway, then it's definitely not doing its job as well as it needs to be. This will stay out of all but the most devoted minotaur decks.
I actually think the art is cool but it does look more like promo art than regular art. Also the name we have for him right now looks an awful lot like one of these: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quagga weird...
Creature — Minotaur Warrior
Minotaur Creatures you control have haste.
Whenever a Minotaur you control attacks, it gets +2/+0 until end of turn.
2/3

The name of this card is my own translation, it might be inaccurate.
Not that great...
Well the haste part is pretty sweet
A decent lord but I think it's clear they didn't want this guy to be too good

Avacyn did nothing wrong!
Purify Innistrad!

Yes. The translation is pretty accurate.
You can fix it yourself. Click the Edit button on your post, and then the Advanced button, and change the selection box option next to your title.
lol. I guess it's Quaggamarr. I suppose the design in the name wants to show us a roaring minotaur encouraging other minotaurs to fight.
Maybe you are right, I can't find anything with similar pronunciation on Planeswalker's Guide to Theros.
He helps himself too! that's kinda selfish I guess. I don't know.

The planeswalkers guide isn't comprehensive. It doesn't say much about the minotaur culture really.
It CANNOT start with a Q, so it's not that. It's probably a similarly pronounced work starting with K.
