This is a deck idea I have been tweaking for my first Commander deck. I will most likely be playing it in multi-player with casual to competitive players.
I want to go a control/life gain/extra turn theme, thus my card choices (and Commander choice)
Thoughts and suggestions welcome! Budget is open, but I'm not rich either Thanks!
How much have you played this? Do you end up top decking and running out of fuel a lot in the mid game? If so is the control enough to buy you time to find something?
I sometimes have trouble visualizing a deck from lists but it almost looks on paper like you have to much "good stuff" and not enough focus on any one play style. If you find this to be true I'd look into slightly paring down the creature list and maybe cut a couple of the extra turn effects and throw some card draw in there.

Burnished Hart: To slow. I'd rather run artifact ramp (Basalt/Grim Monolith, Dynamo etc...) unless you find you really, realły need color fixing
Grave Titan: I feel it's over costed. The Frost Titan isn't much better. Though it can tap down some nasty crap.
High Priest of Penance: You get to use this once if you're lucky. Likely never at all unless you do the damage yourself. If you want a similar effect No Mercy is nice.
One of the extra turn sorcery: if you really want a ton of extra turns Beacon of Tomorrows and Planar Portal plus maybe one more walk is pretty good.
Blind Obediance: More cute then good unless you commit to more stax/pillow fort. If you want extort Crypt Ghast seems better.
White Sun's: Tokens? Not sure that is really something you need here.
Obelisk of Esper: again...unless you really need color fixing I'd rather run a rock that produces more mana. Even if it's colorless
Additions (combined with things to consider above):
Phyrexian Arena: constant card draw is better then one shot draw most of the time. Oloro mitigates the life loss.
Greed: same principle as arena. As a control build you should be saving mana every turn and this is a sink for EOT when you don't use that mana. Unfulfilled Desires is similar and takes all mana but the discard might not be good for you.
Recurring Insight: My favorite card draw spell. Often draws a lot of cards on casting AND on rebound
Also a straight swap of Blue Sun's for Sphinx's Revelation seems good. Though I'm not a huge fan of X spells for draw in Oloro. You can afford to pay life to get better value out of cheaper black spells (like Read the Bones)
