My meta is a lot of random aggro, like Goblins, Slivers, and a lot ofother random tribes. There are Tier 1 decks such as Flash, GAT, and Stax, and some old favorites like oath, Dragon, and Sligh. The meta is random, and I can't really describe much more. Which direction should I bring this deck towards, and how would I be able to do that?
First post in two different forums, i am pleased with myself meowmix.
pyroblast is out of the sideboard for sure, at least 2 IMO
you need more ways to stop combo/ graveyard based stuff
tormods crypt may be useful in our meta
ps: balance out the fetches

Saying that you sometimes wish people (in this case the implication is the staff) would fall down a well and get AIDS is hardly appropriate for the forum.
Well it all depends on your meta. The most consistant version that I have seen played is just the B/R version. I not knocking white its my favorite color, but the red and black is what makes this deck.
First off may I suggest Magus of the Moon. This deck was originally based off blood moon so that your opponent fetches and duals became usless. Today however more people are running basic lands in multcolor decks but even at the high end its only maybe 5 of the 19/20 lands. You may think this will hurt you too but thats not so. Usually you are either going to use a fetch to get red or your fetch will we a mountain from the magus so it works in your favor.
My final card suggestion is Simian Spirit Guide. Now you make that this is a bad card but if you can remember how good elvish spirit guide was once. Just this of this as its second coming...only red. So its possible to on turn one lock them out of mana with your magus, pitch him to use red elemental blast to counter a Force or Will, or in a pinch he does make a good beater.
These are just my suggestions from talking to people about how this is a good deck with much potential but it is still lacking a power element.
Other Suggested Cards are: Unmask free is always good Contagion since your meta is aggro
red elemental blast is strictly better than pyroblast. you should either play a mix of the two (to weaken cabal therapy, meddling mage, extirpate, etc) or only REB.
if you are trying to destroy a blue permanent, pyroblast can be misdirected to any permanent. REB however can only be misdirected to another Blue permanent. thus if there is only one blue permanent in play, REB cant be misdirected. of course if your trying to counter a blue spell, then either REB or pblast can be misdirected to the misdirection itself. this is only relevent for destroying blue permanents.

It should be noted Pyroblast is better if you play Grim Lavamancer, like the above list does, or if you run Storm cards. Some sort of split is probably best if you expect Meddling Mage.
the ability to transfer a card from my hand to my graveyard for the low, low cost of R, is not a major selling point for pyroblast. I have NEVER in all my tournament experience seen a situation where a player would profit from voluntarily throwing away a pyroblast simply to pad the graveyard or storm count. I have however seen pyroblast misdirected to a land, multiple times.

Why does it matter that Pyroblast can be misdirected to a land? Misdirecting Pyroblast to Misdirection accomplishes the same task of countering the spell.
The only situation where REB is better then Pyroblast is if the opponent has a blue creature, say Old Man of the Sea in play. If the opponent casts Pyroblast on a non-permanent spell then you can misdirect Pyroblast to destroy Old Man of the Sea. With REB you can't do this because you have already chosen to target a non-permanent so cannot misdirect it to a permanent. This sort of situation is very rare, so I think being able to throw away a spell to activate Grim Lavamancer is more significant.
I disagree. psychatog is finisher of choice again. you will want to kill that w REB more often than you'd want to simply dump a card for lavaman. I agree this is narrow case, but it is relevent. barely.

I have 28 different EDH decks
First off may I suggest Magus of the Moon. This deck was originally based off blood moon so that your opponent fetches and duals became usless. Another good card that is extremely efficent in this deck is either goblin vandal or gorilla shaman. Both of these cards continue to support the your goal or mana denial. Dealing with those pesky moxen. As well as other cards T1 staples as null rod,Umezawa's Jitte, Trinisphere, and Crucible of worlds.
