Is this perfect? Well, considering it isn't perfect, I would say no. There are plenty more cute card you could try out, such as Harvest Wurm, or something. I figured I would post this based on the ever-increasing requests for this decklist.
If you want to see how the deck performs against certain match-ups, just find me online; I am more than happy to test.
Mono Green Aggro - 50% Crypt Rats is literally everything here, unless it is Infect, in which case Innocent Blood is everything. I suppose if you include the Hexproof deck as well, then the removal is really everything as well until they can get into topdeck mode.
White Weenie - 75%
To be honest, this doesn't really seem to exist anymore, but it is marked as competitive. If they are maindecking Prismatic Strands, then it can be rough. Otherwise Crypt Rats is usually a game ender.
Blue-Red 8-Post - 40%
I found it strange when I was losing to this deck, though now I realize that the power of the cards in Cloudpost decks is inherently higher than that of mine. Game one is rough, especially considering the mass amount of Flashback spells that tend to be in their decks. Undertaker and Bojuka Bog help post board.
Mono Black Control - 90%
This match-up is a cake walk. Discard is pretty irrelevant against you, and Haunted Fengraf will bring win the card advantage war.
Delver Blue - 55%
If you can actually resolve a Crypt Rats, this isn't much of a fight, though if they can tempo you down before you can dismantle their hand, you will probably lose to 2/4s for 0.
TPPS - 50%
I don't really want to explain why this is a coin flip. It really just is, as with most decks. This deck, and variations of it, are picking up steam, so Echoing Decay might not be too bad in the sideboard.
There is really nothing wrong with the cards you listed, but the deck is more of a lands deck than a creature deck. The problems it has are with getting lands down to get the creatures down, rather than having creatures. Once you can establish your lands you can set up a Haunted Fengraf lock, which takes care of all of your creature needs. I am looking for a better win condition than Sprout Swarm though.

I tried out your list and also notice that it was hard to get enough lands in play. I was thinking that Explore might be a good replacement for Mulch. I know it sounds weird to cut Mulch from the lands deck but it only draws two cards on average and the extra land drop from Explore might make up for that. Getting to Crypt Rats a turn earlier can make a huge difference against some decks. And it also keeps you on curve when saccing Quicksand.
Also, how about Twisted Abomination or Krosan Tusker as a finisher. Cycle early for gas then get it back later with Fengraf.

I have definitely considered Explore, and I will test it out here soon. I am also going to update my list in a minute. Twisted Abomination seems really good, and most likely better than Sprout Swarm. I will say that my hardest match-up is enchantment aggro, as getting down Ethereal Armor on a hexproof haymaker is almost unbeatable.
what do you think of play a couple bounce lands to increase card efficiancy. it pretty much draws an extra card.
what about brindle boar?
Currently, I wouldn't play more than one Karoo. This deck actually does have an important early game, and bounce lands do nothing for it. If playing Explore, a second could be justified, though Brindle Boar seems much worse than Golgari Brownscale.
So with all these ETB loamers and cyclers and dredgers - Tortured Existence? Seems like a stronger engine than Haunted Fengraf, but you could keep running those, too.

Oh, you think the losers' bracket is your ally, but you merely adopted the scrub tier. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn’t 4-0 an FNM until I was already a man; by then, it was nothing to me but an extra pack to sell for store credit!

The card is actually fine in a certain creature heavy list, but that really isn't what this is. This is a deck that abuses Raven's Crime and Last Rites mostly, and Tortured Existence doesn't create the infinite loop, or even really a loop at all in this deck, like Haunted Fengraf does.
I still dont know about the sideboard I want to know the matchups better. I think some LD is probably needed.
Keep in mind that Feldon's Cane isn't legal online for one. And no, I really haven't tested much of anything extensively as of late - since about a month ago, and for probably two months from now I am very busy - sorry.
I've been playing this deck a lot recently and it's been really fun to play. I haven't been finding much use out of the last rites. I always end up just use raven's crime. Is it just me?

what do you think of soul stair expedition?
call to the nether world?
restless dreams seems decent as well as grim harvest.
let's get a good discussion in here
I like undertaker in main and not sprout swarm.
not a fan of last rites.

For the future, these are cards that I will be testing out:
Abyssal Gatekeeper
Heartstabber Mosquito
Explore
Twisted Abomination (or something with regenerate most likely)

I plan on putting together this or a list similar to it in the next month (bout to get my first paycheck in 2 months)
is the delver list all about the discard? and have you tested exploration heavily yet?
