i want WotC to take a second and think about making awesome rare-worthy lands into uncommons. the Shards tri-lands were a step in the right direction.
oh this would make cubes so much better. but better than that... More lands like the Zen lands that had small ETB effects attached to them, that have a downside other than come-in-tapped.

Land from the Loam - 2G Sorcery
Put up to three lands from your graveyard on to the battlefield.
Flashback 2G
Wow. That is crazy good. Imagine what you can do with that and a fistful of fetchlands. If you have a pair of fetches already played, you can play this to get two lands back and then flash it back the next turn for two more.

might as well change the flashback to 5B. 2 life each time?
It would need the rebound reminder text too, or else people will be getting 4 tutors out of it because of the 'from your hand' bit which is easy to forget.

Yes, you're drawing what you want for 3 turns, and the picks are reactive to the game as it progresses. You should win if you get all 3 tutors. I can't imagine this ever seeing print though, you can just keep on chaining them. IDK, judgement feels funny atm, 8 mana over three turns, 6 life, two of those turns involve getting whatever you want, while the third is to start the process over. It wouldn't take much to break something like this. This is a clear example of a card that needs to be tested in order to understand where the line is at for the breaking point. Also, I'd bet money they'd make this mythic, deserves it anyway.

So it's the same as Life from the Loam? The card is great. Not as good as Life from the Loam though.
Brutal Tithe1BB
Sorcery
Target player discards two cards at random. For each land card discarded this way, that player sacrifices two non-token permanents at random. For each creature sacrificed this way, that players loses 5 life and you gain 5 life.
This one puts them into play and not into the hand.
Oh, that detail makes this card quite a bit different, Stripmine/Wasteland are brutal with that card. How about:
1G
Sorcery
Put a land card from your graveyard on to the battlefield, then put up to two other land cards from your graveyard into your hand.
Flashback 3G
Or how about a Rampant Growth + Life from the Loam:
2G
Sorcery
Search your library for a basic land card and put it onto the battlefield then put a land card from your graveyard onto the battlefield.

Sorcery
Target player discards two cards at random. For each land card discarded this way, that player sacrifices two non-token permanents at random. For each creature sacrificed this way, that players loses 5 life and you gain 5 life.
Sacrificing permanents at random isn't the most intuitive design.
Also that card is extremely powerful when it 'goes off'. The life stuff probably could get trimmed.
Brutal Tithe 21BB
Sorcery
Target player discards two cards at random. For each land card discarded this way, that player sacrifices a permanent.
Even something like this would be near extremely good - which is strictly worse than that original in multiple ways.
Speaking of discard spells though:
EstrangeUB
Sorcery
Look at target opponent's hand. Choose a nonland card. That player discards that card.
Draw a card.

What about keeping it the same cost as I originally had it but change it to two lands instead of three?
I think I would consider the card you are proposing.
Returning Flame - 1R Sorcery
Returning Flame deals two damage to target creature or player.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Returning Flame is in your graveyard, you may put Returning Flame on the top of your library.
This is what I was thinking. If you were really concerned, then you could try it as a 4/2 to make a bit more fragile.

I'm always open to suggestions on how to improve my cube. Take a look and ask a question, or give a constructive critique whenever you can.
I think 3/2 is the correct stats for this card.
For cube 4/2 might be needed. But repeatable sack effects are just really good - see Consuming Vapors.

search your library for a card. shuffle your library, then put that card on top.

draw four cards, then flip a coin. if you win the flip, discard two cards. if you lose the flip, discard four cards instead.
2R
sorcery
discard three cards, then draw three cards.
thoughts?
The first one is silly because rebound triggers before your draw step, so the second vampiric tutor will cancel out the first.
I really like red draw number 1. I like that you made the randomness of the coin flip workable.
I also like red draw number 2, but it should probably say "discard your hand, then draw . . ."

solution?
keep in mind it's card disadvantage and the third tutor costs you.
