Hi all! So I am in the process of building a an EDH deck with the color combination red green. What are some green or red spells that can change the game if resolved? Cards such as Insurrection and Terastodon are but a few that come to my mind? Any help would be appreciated!

Can't tell if trolling or not. I will play ball though.
...................this list really could go on for a long time. That is some of the basics though.

Oh man, I have never heard of Squallmonger but I can imagine the looks on people's faces when that hits the board. Almost want to keep your mana open at all times haha. Thats a great list. Most of those I've seen before but a few are new to me.
Flameblast Dragon will end games fast, especially if your second color is green.
My only complaint with Flameblast is that he doesn't do anything at all unless the table lets it come all the way back around to you so you can untap with him. Full disclosure, I'm almost always playing in a multiplayer meta with 4-6 decks.
Unless of course you have Fires of Yavimaya out, which is another great RG card.
In your OP you asked about cards that change the game. It doesn't necessarily work in your favor unless you build around it, but Warp World definitely changes the game.

There probably isn't a card that makes me frowny-face as hard as Warp World.
What red or green spell doesn't need to be dealt with?
If your serious then kiki-jiki, Primetime, Avenger, vorinclex, tooth, lurking predators, craterhoof, comet storm, Seedborn Muse, and Genesis Wave are some more common ones.

Tooth and Nail, Avenger of Zendikar, Primeval Titan, Craterhoof Behemoth, Genesis Wave, Primal Surge (in the right deck), Squallmonger (didn't see that coming did you???), Mana Flare (and all of the Mana Flare variants), Pandemonium, etc. etc................

Some others are Hydra Omnivore (what's that? equip swiftfoot boots and a sword? don't mind if I do)
Vicious Shadows (go on, board wipe, I dare you)
Heartless Hidetsugu (just read it)
Beastmancer Ascension (cool dorks, bro)
Wheel of Fortune and Reforge the Soul (hope you weren't planning ahead)

Rampaging Baloths in Azusa can easily get out of control, and combos with Perilous Forays.
Kamahl, Fist of Krosa, Triumph of the Hordes, Overwhelming Stampede, Shared Animosity, Marton Stromgald, Savage Beating, and Rude Awakening can end games quickly.
Kessig Wolf Run really helps you with general damage kills, and is great with Inkmoth Nexus. You can set them both up with Primeval Titan. The Nexus is dangerous with any large pump, actually, such as Strata Scythe or Sigil of Disctinction.
An early Natural Order is really good, especially for Primeval Titan or Terastodon.

The easiest ways to set up Worldfire:
1) Float mana, cast your general after Worldfire resolves.
2) Greater Gargadon or any other suspend card
3) Oblivion Ring or a similar effect (try Tawnos's Coffin for a colorless one if you're not running white) to exile a creature that will return when the Worldfire resolves.
4) Cards with Phasing (though this is almost exclusively blue)
5) Any card that can exile permanents until end of turn, like Ghostway, Sudden Disappearance, Flickerwisp, Venser, the Sojourner, Astral Slide, Mistmeadow Witch, etc. Voyager Staff is a colorless option for this.
