Sounds neat but given both halves are overcosted I doubt the fuse effects going to see any real play. Still armed will work nicely with bloodrush in limited.
If you had this card in hand? I guarantee there are situations where the fuse effect would see play. The entire point is that one or the other side is generally going to be more useful, but there is utility in the fact that you can choose both. That's why this isn't a 4RG sorcery.
Your argument that the halves are overcosted might be valid, but paying a premium for more utility is pretty much the rule.
Point is, argue that no one will play the card, fine. But there is zero chance that someone already playing the card won't have opportunities to get huge advantage, or even win, through use of fuse.

Clearly Fire/Ice is bad because both sides are over costed.
This will be a solid combo when you have Ghor-Clan Rampager or another Bloodrusher in hand and a solid creature to target with "Armed" and a chump to target with "Dangerous". If it resolves, that will be pretty much GG. You need 8 mana to do that however, but that is doable with mid-range ramp colors that Gruul offers.
If fire/ice had fuse it would be undercosted I'd argue.
Really? Is tapping a permanent worth 1 colorless mana? Electrolyze only costs 3 and gives you everything other than the tapping. It's possible that the utility would be worth it for.
That said, Fire//Ice is the best split card of all time, so it's not surprising that just adding fuse would make everything undercosted. That kind of proves the point that this Armed//Dangerous needed to cost 6.
Not that you were disagreeing with me Monop, just kind of typing out loud there.
Nocturnal God of Chaos of The Æsir Probably the most random person you will ever meet. Trust me on this one. Well, I'm off to poop.

Apparently "I am a panda, I dislike you and your kid, so I'm going to flip over your loaded shopping cart and kick the contents to scatter them." Now what this has to do with this split card is beyond me.
Dangerous is a good way to autowin with master of cruelties
Autowin?
You can't do the thing where you redirect the blocks to another creature because then master of cruelties wouldn't be allowed to legally attack anyway. It just makes him get blocked.

isnt it obvious?
The panda is your creature.

I fear I won't have much time to play Magic these days.
I get to watch worlds develop around me.
I get to watch great leaders, terrible oppressors, and trend setters rise and fall.
Limited, Standard, Modern, everything is a different playing field I feel I can observe, but will not actually touch.
I look forward to the stories I will hear.
And more so to the ones I will watch unfold first hand.
Isn't the unknown exciting?
I just want to point out that the targets for both halves don't have to be the same target creature.
You can double strike your Thragtusk and lure your Avacyn's Pilgram to get in for 12 double strike damage and get in for the win.
Either kill your opponent's board or get lots of combat damage through to your opponent for 6 mana? Worth it.
wow, i didn't realize that, you just made this card playable to me. i still don't see it going nuts in constructed though.

You can only fuse by casting a card from your hand.
Hehe, nice rules wording by wotc. Continuing to tame the beast named cascade.
