If the store owner says that I can't trade in the premises, I'll just go outside. If he says that I can't trade within 10m of his premises, I'll go to 11 meters. If he says that he doesn't want to see me trading, I will put a basket over his head and continue trading.
Yes, he's a local legend. He's only known to take his clothes off before he goes into the Ladies' Lockerroom. Nobody knows what he does in there because he's invisible, but it's almost certainly tons of masturbating.
best friends with snappy and fits into esper. it'll either be main decked or sided
1)stops ramp, probably half of removal, miracles
2)kills dangerous weenies/utility people
3)library manipulation or mediocre milling/disruption. if you're running think twice or lingering souls you really won't care if this is the "card advantage" option
While good in theory, I'm actually having a hard time envisioning this hitting nearly as many targets as one would like. It's good against Farseek, I guess. Power of 3 is sort of the metatheme lately, so probably won't be hitting much other the odd snapcaster here and there. The last ability is neat, could be handy in reanimator, or any deck using snappy. I sort of think that type of deck would stick to thoughtscour, though. I'm really not sure what this card is really good at.
thinking of a weird bug delver with the aberration, shaman and a low land count this might help ensuring flips and not being too hurt if milling lands due to shaman.
also countering all miracles and early removal seems pretty awesome
I am not the biggest fan of the card however it will see some play. I am excited about esper control it has been so long. This with snappy, good removal, lingering souls, think twice, maybe some other flashback cards. Sprinkle in a few miracles, a few planeswalkers, and maybe an angel of serenity for good measure.

"And the day will come when the mystical generation of Jesus, by the supreme being as his father in the womb of a virgin will be classed with the fable of the generation of Minerva in the brain of Jupiter."
As much as I hate this card (and Dimir)... this card is borderline insane. This will replace Think Twice in every deck that can handle the black.
The first two options are situational, but strong. The last option is... wow. So good.
I'm pretty sure youd run with WITH Think. First off, the Charm doesn't draw a card. Secondly, the potential "CA" from dumping flashback cards will be lessened without TT. If anything this belongs in something like the Solar Flare deck we saw when Innistrad was first released. If white/black get a decent exile removal card, that could be worth testing.

Oh... you're right. I don't know why, I was totally thinking that last ability drew you the card when I typed that up. Yeah, right then. My bad.
only 2, 1 of the cards goes to the top of the library

Trolling can be defined as "A art, one specifically designed to misdirect, anger, or confuse others by reporting meaningful information in a clear, coherent way."
One day I will go infinate on a token combo then drop Scramble verse and watch as the trolling begins. That day will be a good day.
Phew, I almost said the forbidden one's name intelligibly. However, one should keep in mind that all three abilities work quite well with the guy's deck. Does this mean we might be seeing more of him again in the future?
It's an instant speed 5/5 trampler for 4. Wtf do you people want seriously? It has applications in populate/ above the curve beats decks, or in Bant control/ flash. I seriously think anyone mad at this card for any reason other than losing an attacker to instant speed wurm, should go home and make their own awesome card game and leave the rest of us alone.
I am not sticking up for this card, as I don't think it's very good (and I really, really love UB in general), but to compare it to Izzet Charm only by saying "this card is narrower than Izzet Charm" is unfair. This card is unconditional in what it does.
That said, I still think Izzet Charm is likely going to be better, especially in Modern.

Holy moly!!! The Dimir Charm is absolutely amazing! A counter spell,
removal, or library manipulation for any player.
How is that there are meh ~~~ charms, & then great ones like this?
1)stops ramp, probably half of removal, miracles
2)kills dangerous weenies/utility people
3)library manipulation or mediocre milling/disruption. if you're running think twice or lingering souls you really won't care if this is the "card advantage" option
They're very similar, though Izzet Charm is a tad stronger because it's not as narrow.

A buffed up Jace Fateseal will win games. The WRU Scepter deck could easily change and include this.

EXACTLY.
Looks like people aren't learning from Izzet Charm.
Both can be great in the right meta but we really don't know what the meta will be until post GC.
That said, I still think Izzet Charm is likely going to be better, especially in Modern.
