I know it says more than half, but basic lands don't count. Knowing what we know now, would you rather make a deck with the revealed cards, or make a deck of the cards we do not know yet, and play against the revealed cards?
I think..... the cards we know. There is a ton of stuff out revealed already that is good. I can see a Jund token deck, Bant Exalted deck, and a Naya zoo style deck already. The rest is going to be filler mostly. Not that it's useless, but it will be the non-bombs and the vanillas. I don't want to make a deck with non-bombs. I like the double striking 4/5 (if he attacks alone) for only 4 mana. Maybe I'm wrong on this, but anyone remember an Eventide card that was awesome in the last half of spoilers?

cuz usually there are 2-4 cards that are format breakable, and could easily be unspoiled yet
QFT. More often than not, once we hit the half way point we get disappointed except for that couple of cards. We tend to get filler trash on the way to the finishing point.

......WTF????....... I don't even know what kind of warning you deserve for this....

But the question asked what you would build a deck with, not whether you thought the cards that have yet to be spoiled will 'break the format,' whatever that means.
I would rather build a deck with the cards we know because how do you build a deck with cards you don't know?
Seriously though, we've already seen all the mythic rares, including some planeswalkers. Then there's extended-playable Wild Nacatl, likely-extended-playable Woolly Thoctar, all the ultimatums, and a lot of efficient multicolored creatures.
The cards we have spoiled now certainly are very powerful -- Stoic Angel, Wild Nacatl, a few of the ultimatums, Sarkhan Vol, and Elspeth Knight Errant are great to name a few. Here's hoping the cards we don't know are just as good!
I have a feeling the tri-color nature of all the cards are going to seriously warp a few archetypes just to include the cooler, more powerful pieces and maybe a new archetype might come together. But as it stands, the 'new archetype' barrier has not been hit yet.
I think theres about a 50% chance of the emergence of a type two competetive exalted deck, the main thing that it currently is missing is a few low mana cost counterspells and some card draw (i'm in ansetral visions withdrawl now by the way so everything seems like it needs card draw).
I also think that there is about a 60% chance of a new artifact deck coming together.
As for type zoo I would say that there is still hope, its got three good cards from here
at least, but really the "power 5 or greater" theme kind of makes that entire shard jank unless they give us some sort of absoloutly broken card for it.

<Qzilla> losing to girls at magic is such a high

Rasputin Dreamweaver EDH
Just remember some pretty awesome Spike staples started as "Timmy crap." Just as much "Awesome Spike Cards" turned into garbage.

A valid point. Time will tell though.
Or at least I feel so.
