According to the name and number crunch Sleight of Hand could be in, it's in DotP:2013. That's only because we don't know if Sphinx of Uthun is 68 or 69 yet, thinking 69.
Telling Time is out thanks to the number crunch. Ponder or Brainstorm are possible, though.
I have a feeling Ponder will be returning, though Brainstorm would be balls to the wall insane with Delver and all the miracle cards. I really really hope it's notSleight of Hand; it seems like that would detract from the aforementioned card/mechanic.
Edit: oh thank jeebus; Sleight doesn't fit the name and number crunch. Not sure how the previous poster got that it was still possible (unless I can't spell):
66 Scroll Thief (Creature - Merfolk Rogue), , 1/3, Common
67 Sleep (Sorcery), , Uncommon
68 Sphinx of Uthuun (Creature - Sphinx), , Flying, 5/6, Rare

The Sphinx isn't confirmed to be at 68. If itis at 69, Sleight would fit right before it.
Edit: I personally think, Sleight is more likely than Ponder because it weakens delver and miracles.
I doubt we get Portent. Drawing at the next turn's upkeep was Ice Age flavor and not friendly to new players who play it main phase and forget.
Sleight of Hand is still the most likely if Sphinx of Uthuun is 69 instead of 68, which is a 50/50 chance until the card is actually revealed. Ponder and Preordain are banned in Modern and won't see reprints. We won't see functional reprints, part of the reason they're banned is because there's too much redundancy. So it's probably something already in Modern or there won't be a (U) one drop cantrip card fixer.
Yeah, right after there were cries to ban Ponder they'll reprint it, or the better version of it. Unlikely.
Well, they didn't ban it... so... maybe they think it's okay. It hasn't been banned in standard before and the gist of the banned card announcement (nothing banned in standard) was that UW Delver is good, but not "too" good. You'd think that would include all the cards in that deck, otherwise something would have gotten banned--one would assume.
I'm not a huge fan of UW Delver but I am a huge fan of Ponder. *fingers crossed* After making a huge deal out of Miracles--pushing some and emulating old uber-powerful cards, I think there's a chance they want them to be real contenders.. one way to do that is Ponder.
Also, for the lazy folk what quote are you talking about? Where is the hint at Telling Time?
Now in Telling Time's defense, it was originally printed in Ravnica. With all the Ravnica-esque cards in M13 that's an indicator it's our cantrip card selection spell. And it's not terrible with Miracles. Sleight of Hand is more powerful than Telling Time but it's terrible with Miracles.

Ponder has been banned or restricted in 2 other formats and it caused problems in Standard. Not happening anymore.
I have a feeling that the days of one mana library manipulation spells are behind us, at least in standard. Eternal formats have more than enough good manipulation spells to play with.
I'm simply making a prediction, but I think it would be a good move. I think 2 mana is a more appropriate cost for ponder type effects, anyway.

I would gladly pay 1U for something like Telling Time or See Beyond,
but a 2 mana draw better be at *least* that good,
or I just won't bother with it.
At 2 mana, being an Instant is also a big deal to me.
I forgave Ponder and Preordain for being Sorceries because they were so good for 1 mana.
See Beyond would be OK because of the help with Miracle.

I don't think they'll do a preview for a reprint will they?

Why has no one regarded this as one of the best posts on the forum ever?
However, back on topic, I think this is a pretty good replacement for Ponder. Still works for Delver but it doesn't give you crazy advantage.

Telling Time is confirmed out. There could still be a similar card in the set.
I could see them doing a functional reprint, but it doesn't fit the N/# crunch
