The ONLY thing that matters here is that the trigger from Venser's Emblem isn't Green. It wouldn't matter if it was pink, or was a gradient of all colors, or it had no color. Heck, whatever color it would be doesn't matter, since it's not green.
If you want to target Gaea's Revenge with anything, ask yourself ONE and ONLY ONE question: "Is this green?" If the answer is NO, you cant.

But I was thought that an Emblem was separate from the game, and was not an ability nor a color (including colorless).
Therefore, it is not green.
It is not an ability, but it has an ability (a triggered ability, to be precise.)
Exactly, emblems are typeless and colorless. Therefore, they aren't green enough to target it.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
Venser's emblem has a triggered ability.
but you're right on it not having a color.
since it's an ability with no color,
it can't possibly be green now, can it?
thus it's an ability from a nongreen source.
Gaea's Revenge is save from it.
"Colorless" is not a color. It is the lack of a color. Any object that doesn't have any colors is colorless. This includes emblems.
Remember, kids: Never fight with Flashback, 'cause Flashback always wins.
