Definitely an interesting take on the deck. I have a few suggestions, however.
1) While Ponder is great for card selection, you may need a few additional discard outlets to get started. I'd recommend substituting some Careful Study in over these.
3) Consider maxing out on Worldgorger Dragons. 1-3 Griselbrand would be a good consideration as well. You have a fairly large number of reanimation spells compared to a smaller number of reanimation enablers. Your discard outlets count, but only if you can draw one of your discard targets. 3 is likely not enough. This also allows you to set up some kills where otherwise you would not be able to, as Griselbrand gives you an additional target you can break the loop with, and drawing 7-14 cards with infinite mana can generally get you to your kill.

2) Similarly, while Thoughtseize is the undisputed champion of discard, you might do better with Collective Brutality for a few of these slots. Brutality does triple duty of acting as a targeted discard spell, acting as a discard outlet, and sniping away pesky opposing creatures like Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, Containment Priest, Deathrite Shaman, and others.

4) Oona, Queen of the Fae is a solid wincon, but Scholar of Athreos is stronger as it can kill through personal Shroud.
