Deck list came after reading a recent Mike Flores article; although not a faithful reproduction of the list he plays, his list helped sharpen the focus of this one. My main deviation would be running only 20 lands, where his list ran 22, and I run 3 Firebrands, 1 Verix. I only run 3 Experimental Frenzy main deck  and have 3 Lava Coils, due to metagame composition at my LGS.

-Update #1; took list to FNM; had some explosive matches, but then two very frustrating matches where I felt like I had a chance to win, only to have the deck do the exact wrong thing, and give me like 4 lands out of 5 cards, or never, ever give me a 4th land after 5 turns of waiting. So, just sort of weird statistical anomalies, and not necessarily useful for data considerations, being such weird "corner cases."

I really like the deck, though, and it has real explosiveness. I like this shell for mono-red, and look forward to fine tuning it in the months and year ahead.
