This is the most blue creatures I've ever seen in a 60 card deck.
Edit - Looking at this some more, if you only have 19 land (6 of them fetchlands) I think 8 cantrips that let you play an additional land might be excessive. I feel like those slots could be better served with Telling Time or the like. It doesn't seem important to have Bloodbond March before turn 4. I haven't looked up what the best sifting cards are in Modern, but I dunno that 8 extra land play cards are right for this combo.
As a casual modern deck this looks fine. I feel like bloodbond March may be too slow to be any form of competitive. Unless you have your heart set on bloodbond march, I reccommend going bant for rally the ancestors. Add stinkweed imp and some cantrips/card selection so you can fill your grave up with at least 8 advisors. Then eot rally, bring them back, mill them 24, untap mill them another 24 and win. Also, I am against emrakul here. You don't want to accidentally shuffle your advisors back into your deck. my favorite card for the slot is Serra Avatar, but it's your deck. Have fun

I feel like plan A is to mill your opponent, but to do that during their end step. If they drop a Surgical Extraction at a dead petitioner you're boned unless you can self-mill into Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, though Gaea's Blessing would do the same. Or maybe the idea was to hope to get it on a hideaway.

You could throw in Clutch of the Undercity, not to use but as an extra way to get to Bloodbond March
Everything else seems solid.

I felt like Bloodbond March was more of a Wrath of God recovery card than anything.
