The 1st Amendment of the US Constitution gurantees the the right to Free Speech, Press, Religion and Assembly. But, mostly here we are just referring to Free Speech. The Right to say what every you want when ever you want so long as it is not a damaging lie such as something slanderous.
Your point on this being an international site is a very good one, i often forget there are so many nationalities present in this community. However, i think the spirit of the first amendment should be present here, as the internet as a whole is free speech, it seems wrong to limit it here, where speech is so important.
i completely agree with that. Limited censorship of that kind is not going to restrict anyone from speaking their minds, and is necessary for creating the type of community we need here. I was refering to some of the happenings on mtgnews, which need not be repeated as everyone is more than familiar with what i am mentioning.
