I don't think I've been hostile at all in this topic.
So what is your point in continuing the conversation at this point? You've pointed out that moderation is inconsistent between mods and subforums, and at least four people have agreed with you that it's inconsistent, and that it's supposed to be that way. You've gotten multiple direct answers to the supposed question in your opening post about how to "break the cycle". Have you been satisfied? What else are you looking for?
Wit's End is the PERFECT answer to your opponent's Monomania however.
Just hold on to your Wit's End when they Monomania, so you can Wit's End them on your next turn!!!
I think this is fairly reminiscent of the "Jace Battles" we have seen in past standards.. My guess is we will soon witness the great Monomania-Wit's End battles.

Because after this thread has died, I will still be on multiple moderators **** lists. Who apparently have the power to moderate me for any little offense while allowing other users to get away with the same stuff.
The responses have basically summed to the point that "our system screws users over but whatever, deal with it." Just agreeing that it's inconsistent so I am supposed to accept that as a final answer.
And you are wondering if I am satisfied? No, I'm going to continue to speak my mind.
You maintain you're on a **** list of some sort. Where are you getting this? I don't think I've ever had to issue you a warning or infraction, but I came in here saying that your posts warranted moderation after I reviewed them. Does that mean you're on a list of some sort in my head? Or wouldn't that mean that, maybe, your posts actually broke the rules?
You said it took a year for you to get any more moderations, and then it was all at once. That implies more that you acted out all of a sudden, had a bad day, that sort of thing, than it does moderators picking on you.

No, the responses have been "our system tends to be harsh and inconsistent, but not discriminatory."
Are you actually claiming that you got three infractions just before your other ones expired purely because the mods want to "keep you down"? Because that's bullcrap. The two posts in Debate would have been infracted no matter who posted them, every time, and the other one was completely justified, if nothing else.
Okay, so we have:
1) "How can I break the cycle?"
A: Don't post stuff that's going to offend people or is off topic.
2) "What's the best way to get a mod to overturn my infractions or at least get them to talk to me about overturning them?"
A: There isn't one, unless the infraction was completely unjustifiable in the first place. Mods don't overturn questionable decisions, period.
3) "Is the modding staff inconsistent?"
A: Yes. So what?
4) "Does the modding staff have it out for me?"
A: No. Although creating constant drama over mod decisions is probably a good way to change that.

I believe that I have already addressed questions about consistency in this thread. What you need to remember is that consistency is not a reasonable expectation for you to have. It may not be fair, but that is the way that it is. There's not much that any of us can do about it.
Well I guess this thread is over and I lose then.
Often, they have a number of things like that going on at once. Repeating the same thing back to you isn't going to change it. Your best chance is to build a compelling reason to overturn the infraction. If your first, best argument isn't sufficient, why do you think, "It's not fair!" is going to work?
I don't think I've ever contested a moderator with the reason being "it's not fair." I always provide an actual reason, and it is always dismissed.
Your PM addressed Blinking Spirit, specifically, and was buried in a list of something like thirty PMs that you sent while you were suspended.
Well that makes me sound a bit obsessive doesn't it? I messaged the moderators for each of my infractions. That was a couple messages each. Then toward the end I messaged you and BS with content along the lines of this thread, and a couple more messages inquiring as to whether I would be getting a response.
While we appreciate people Reporting Posts, we still need to consider each one. To respond to a lack of action with a post in CI is not appropriate. I haven't had the opportunity to respond to your post, I have been swamped at my real job. A more appropriate reaction is to PM me to remind me, and to have patience.
Honestly I'm not out to be some sort of vigilante user, making sure everything gets moderated. I was just using those posts I reported as examples.
If you really believe that you are on lists in Blinking Spirit and my heads (and actually you're on the "Generally Good Poster" list in my head, for what it is worth), waiting a little bit isn't going to make the problem disappear, so feel free to simply PM me again to remind me. I've never claimed to be perfect.
Well golly Harkius, I had no idea. And when I said that I was mostly referring to BS. And he is usually fair, until I contact him via PM when the conversation usually turns ugly.
EDIT: And I deserve a lot of the blame for that. But tone on the internet can be hard to read, and sometimes moderators can come off as sort of.... cold.
No but you certainly have been frustrated, which tends to come across as snide quite often. I am attempting to understand, but your attitude toward Nai was simply unnecessary, and generally contributes toward an attitude of "users" vs. "staff" that so many of us on staff are trying, very hard to break.
LogicX, if you're under the impression that you are on my **** list, you are mistaken. I infracted your post because it was spam, not because I have/had any ill will towards you.
If you are not under that impression, good. I can almost guarantee you you will never be on my **** list. Hell, I don't even HAVE one yet. (Well, not as a mod. A few from Mafia are on it, though.)

No I don't think I am, I think this was my first interaction with you. I'm thinking of one specific mod that doesn't like me.
The mods are incredibly biased against certain users on this forum. I thought it was only myself, but apparently others have this problem as well. When you're in a flame war with someone, only the person who responded (if it was me) or the person who started it (if it was me) gets censured; the other party does not get censured in any way regardless of the circumstances. I have reported multiple people and gotten replies like "that isn't deserving of an infraction" despite it being clearly flaming/trolling.
Just today I logged on and got a spam infraction for answering a question in the Rules forum by saying "Yes, you are correct". Seriously.
The mods on this forum are ****ed up.
If you have an issue with any moderator, you can appeal to an administrator. Coming in here and making baseless claims and throwing f-bombs around isn't going to get you anything but another Infraction.
Come out from behind that gimmick you!

My helpdesk should you need me.
So stop crying and follow the rules, you obviously aren't suspended/banned, why the fuss?

I didn't think I was giving Nai attitude. I thought my last post http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showpost.php?p=7077262&postcount=21 was very illustrative to a mod as to how I, as a user, feel.
If you are not under that impression, good. I can almost guarantee you you will never be on my **** list. Hell, I don't even HAVE one yet. (Well, not as a mod. A few from Mafia are on it, though.)
