I had finished all 5 myr plus myr enforcer, and went to save them and photoshop crashed so in my rage I destroyed my house Anyway, here are Meloku and Counterspell featuring the old DCI promo art:
I am having a hard time finding art for the dragon, if you dont care how bad the art is, I can do the other 2. Ironically, I only have high res art of the green one and the red one
Toshiro notes: Originally the art for Toshiro was going to be the art that is now on Kentaro, the Smiling Cat. I always thought the art used on Toshi made him look too old and not nearly as charismatic as he is in the books. Because of this, I made a Toshi in both versions.
Due to an ovewhelming number of female inquiries (in an MTG forum, one is overwhelming), i am inclined to let people know that i am in a committed relationship.
Tsabo Tavoc has always been one of my favorite characters from the book, I am always a fan when the villians are pro-activly evil rather then being more of a James-Bond-I-Will-Take-Take-Over-The-World-With-My-Much-Overly-Complicated-Plan, whereas Tsabo's style of thinking was more: "Ah ha, the person I have searched for to kill is within my grasp, I can monologue, or capture them, what should I do? Maybe some combination of the two? Oh, I know, I will actually kill the bastard!" Also, she took it as her mission in life to kill Gerrard, and we all have to respect that, don't we?
Minor Spoilery stuff below:
Selenia, Akroma, Radiant, the three legendary angel characters that had thier stories covered in novels, ironically, Selenia was supposed to be evil but later became good. and Akroma and Radiant both where good and later became evil. I am sure if Razia would have been featured in the books, she would have had secret longings to become a championship swimmer while growing genetically engineered plants. Or something...
About the angel art: Akroma:
I was amazed when I saw Ron Spear's interpretation of Akroma, as she is very very yellow, which according to the novels, she shouldn't be. As she is made out of ivory, made flesh. I was much more taken with Matt Wilson's style of Akroma, featured on Pacifism in Onslaught. I lated found out that it was Matt who designed her (RK Post design Phage if you are curious, and couldnt tell by looking at her . So the Akroma art featured below is actually Ron Spear's artwork after literally about 3 hours of photoshopping changing the levels and the contrast and the colors and detail and sharpness of his original work. To date it is my favorite photoshop I have done.
Selenia:
Spoilers
Selenia was originally an angel of Serra's Realm, and a friend to Radiant. She was somehow captured by Volrath and enslaved, forced to do things against her will to harm people which she had no qualm with, and in some cases cared for. The illustration used on Selenia's card was featured on a Duelist cover, and is also painted by Matt Wilson, to me it shows Selenia at a fleeting moment where she is almost accepting of her fate, and in a way almost finds that she enjoys bringing harm to others.
Radiant:
spoilers
Radiant was left in charge of Serra's Realm after Serra and her more devout followers left due to the impending collapse of the Realm. Radiant always faulted Urza for bringing about the fall of Serra's Realm, and became zealous and single minded in her persuit of him and who she thought where his followers, the picture used below is by Mike Sutfin, Radiant's original artist, and shows her at the height of her powers, and the lowest point in her downfall. She had become corrupted by phyrexian influence, and the illustration below shows her holding 2 stones in her hand, covered in blood. The stones are the eyes of Urza, torn from his head. I can imagine Urza lying in a bloody mass just out of frame of the picture.
Thank you Virot - much appreciation. I'm not sure of the ettiquette required for requests here, but anymore basic lands you could do, would be great. You can even select your ownh personal favorites. Thanks again.
The lands are BEAUTIFUL! Thank you much Virot. I have a HUGE request for you that may take a bit of time, but feel free to decline it if you wish or take as long as you might like.

@Virot: You are using MSE2's new promotional template right?
No, MSE2 pixelates the card no matter how you save it, and the promo template fonts are in the wrong places and look wrong, I am doing all these in photoshop manually.
I did the Un lands the way I did the other ones because otherwise there really isnt a reason to do them, compare them side by side with the real ones.
I got the Guay Piper from the selecting 9th edition article on wizards.com
Here are the red ones, most of them had crappy art sources as there just isnt any good quality art from the older sets, I will get started on PPG's stack next.
LOL...I was looking through the articles...thx again.
Eric
EDIT: WOOT!!! 50 posts (finallly, huh?)
DOUBLE EDIT: I just found the Guru land art on Terese Nielsen's website, and I thought they'd look great in the Unhinged land frame. Here's a link to the images (leave it textless this time? :P)

I want to see Lightning Bolt, Incinerate, Ball Lightning, Blistering Firecat, and Disintegrate.
Just a thought: would it be possible to do it without the mana symbol or text? The art is just too good to be covered up like that.
Eric
P.S. Where did you find the high res pic of Elvish Piper? it's not on guay's site...
