After months of procrastination, I finally reogranized my photobucket account, which meant nearly every link was broken. There were simply too many to fix. Smaller pictures are also less annoying that the overly large ones I made when I was starting out (I'd post thumbs if photobucket supported it).
edit: and now I made the mistake of posting this on the main art forum (sorry about that)
edit2: links fixed.
Programs used:
Poser 5 -- for rendering
3ds495, anim8or, uvmapper -- for modeling (in the instances where I'm not using commercial products)
PSP 7 -- for textures and postwork
Nice, although the hair looks very artifical. Gunner Yuna, who looks similar, has much better hair.
Hmm... noted. . Lately I've been trying to go for a figurine look (without actually looking like a photo of a figurine). Sometimes I don't know whether to go for "realistic hair" or "plastic looking" hair .
Probably the 4th Rei picture I've done, but I like the character so...

A request. While the hair and dress are rather terrible, her pose, expression, eyes and shading are just so sugar-shock inducingly cute. Probably my favorite pic in a long time.

I'm not much a fan of anime, but I do like the cross-hybrid versions of anime influenced styles that have started to become so prevalent in comic art and such. With that said, I have a great deal of respect for your abilities to create the work you do. I wish I had the ability to create the art you do and your understanding of color and such.

Trying my hand on something other than 3d. To the right is pure vector, to the left is my first coloring work. Both are new to me. While I've colored before, its usually textures and thus never paid attention to light and shadow sources on a flat surface.
They look incredibly good to me. I think especially the Madoka Magica one. Maybe just because of the cell shading being used?
I used to do a lot of 3D and really wanted to make stuff like this, but unfortunately I was never good enough at it. It's nice to see someone achieving it though

I found that B/W and sepia lets me cheat on coloring.
