I'm not sure if this is supposed to be here so if anyone knows where I should put it please tell me.
So I took one random Legendary creature for each color, one random Aura for each color, and one random equipment which is colorless and used there abilities to make a planeswalker. So I'll post the planeswalker abilities, each one based on either the creature, equipment or aura, and its your job to figure out what those creatures, equipments and auras are.
White:
+1: Put an arrow counter on target creature. Creatures with arrow counters have "t: This creature deals damage to target creature or player equal to the number of arrow counters on it."
-2: Target creatures gets defender, flying and first strike until the end of your next upkeep.
-9: Choose an opponent. You gain X life, creatures you control get +X/+X until and of turn and tap X creatures that opponent controls where X is equal to the number of cards in the chosen opponent's hand.

Blue:
+1: You may have target creature you control gain vigilance until end of turn, if you do draw a card.
-2: Until end of turn target creature has, "Landfall — Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, this creature gets +2/+2 until end of turn."
-7: Return any number of lands you control to their owner's hand. Until end of turn whenever you cast an instant or sorcery you may copy it X times where X is equal to the number of lands you returned to your hand this turn. You may choose new targets for the copies.

+1: If a creature dealt combat damage to a player this turn you may return a creature card from your graveyard to your hand.
-2: Target creature gets shroud and unblockable until end of turn.
-9: Creatures you control get +X/+0 until end of turn where X is equal to the number if swamps you control.

-2: Target creature gains double strike until end of turn.
-X+1: Put X red Elemental creature tokens with haste into play. Sacrifice them at the beginning of your end step.

Umm, ok? I mean this isn't exactly a game; anyone can look up cards using the rules text. To illustrate:
1) Archery Training is the closest thing
2) Peregrine Mask is the closest thing
3) There is no card remotely like this in Magic
4) Ocular Halo is the closest thing
5) Adventuring Gear is the closest thing
6) Uyo, Silent Prophet is the closest thing
7) Necromantic Thirst is the closest thing
8) Veil of Secrecy is the closest thing, though you probably meant Whispersilk Cloak
9) Dakmor Sorceress and Sima Yi, Wei Field Marshal are the closest thing (they are identical)
10) Extra Arms is the closest thing
11) Double Cleave is the closest thing, although you probably meant Grappling Hook
12) Elemental Mastery is the closest thing
13) Pixie Queen is the closest thing
14) Paradise Mantle is the closest thing, but it's a stretch
15) Beastmaster's Ascension is the closest thing, though maybe you meant Epic Proportions?
I don't get why you'd put them as planeswalker abilities, in any case. None of the context makes any difference to what cards are the source material for the abilities. There is no green legend that does any of the green abilities; Pixie Queen sounds kind of legendary, though. And there's no red legend that does any of the red abilities, either. Iizuka the Restless kind of almost does, but in that case there's no equipment that does either of the other two abilities.
Wit's End is the PERFECT answer to your opponent's Monomania however.
Just hold on to your Wit's End when they Monomania, so you can Wit's End them on your next turn!!!
I think this is fairly reminiscent of the "Jace Battles" we have seen in past standards.. My guess is we will soon witness the great Monomania-Wit's End battles.
