Well, a winning line of play is Galv blast a token, block the other token with Geist, block Champion with Metamorph, Grudge away the Metamorph to stop lifelink, then untap, drop Hellrider, and swing for the win.
I started replying last night but then went to sleep, this has probably been solved by now. But I think I've got it:
Block one token with metamorph and Champion with geist.
Before damage, if he activates, tap Wolf Run and Mountain to Grudge your metamorph. When it comes back, copy Huntmaster and get a 2/2. Tap Gorge to Blast your geist. It comes back bigger.
Take 3; he gains 3 to 17.
On your turn, cast Hellrider with FFMK. Swing with all 7 guys, putting him to 10. He blocks 4 damage (H+S) and 3 damage (G), and takes 2 (M) + 2 + 2 (2x W) + 1 (E) + 3 (H) = 10 and you win.
If he doesn't activate on his turn, you don't kill your guys, and he gains 3 more life but takes SO much more damage cause you have 2 more attackers and a blast.
EDIT: After reading ced's answer, I'm curious if I'm missing something. Mine seems simpler, since it doesn't let him get up to 20 and necessitate the flashback cost reduction shenanigans. That is cute though.
Well, 2+2+2+3+1 is actually 10, not 8, but you're right about not activating on his turn. I totally made up the extra two attackers; of course letting your guys die in combat is no better than killing them yourself
That's pretty neat then!

You are playing RG Aggro against your opponent's WB Humans/Tokens deck.
You are at 8 life. Your opponent is at 14 life.
It is your opponent's turn.
He plays a land. Taps two Plains and plays Intangible Virtue. His hand now empty, his board looks like this:
Plains (tapped)
Plains (tapped)
Champion of the Parish (w/ three +1/+1 counters)
Human token (1/1)
Human token (1/1)
Meanwhile, you have:
Forest (tapped)
Forest (tapped)
Phyrexian Metamorph (copying Strangleroot Geist)
Huntmaster of the Fells
Sword of Feast and Famine (attached to Huntmaster of the Fells)
Wolf token (2/2)
In your hand:
Neither of you have anything relevant in your graveyards.
Your opponent declares his attack phase and sends all three of his creatures.
Time to declare blockers. Your move.
What is the best play and why?
The token is 3/3 and blocking with Strangleroot Geist won't kill it.
