Do you know the Card Blind format? It is quick way to play Magic and is very funny: You start the game with a limited number of cards in hand and no library (but can't lose because that), then start playing Magic normally. But the games are resolved with "perfect play": You know your opponent's cards and make the best play, much like a machine would decide for you. You "play" two games (one starting on the play, other on the draw) and each game can end with a Win (W), a Draw (D) or a Lose (L) for you.
An important rule is random effects work against the user. So Mana Clash always damages you and never your opponent.
Card Blind has plenty of variants and today I'll start the "Speed" variant and play it with 3 cards. All you have to do is submit a deck (of 3 cards) that "WW" the previous deck: Win the game when it starts on the play and also win the game when it starts on the draw.
Also, we will have a banishing banned list so that the game can eventually end. This means that every card used in a deck will be added to the banned list. We start with no banned list, just to let everyone know. To make it fair, lands that only have produce mana can never be banned. That way, you will always have Plains, Island, dual lands, etc.
Well, there doesn't seems to be a lot of exciting about this. Is in fact very simple. I'll beat my own deck. My deck's strategy is pretty straight: On my turn, I just cast and sac both Loti to cast my Swallower and start beating.
Now, I have to post a deck of three cards that can win both if starts on the play or starts on the draw (a "Win Win" or WW). For example:
It doesn't matter who plays first, PtE will exile the Swallower, allowing for 20 damage from the Legendary Hound. Now, you have to submit a deck that WW this:
A very similar problem here. Either nobody will cast a creature first fearing Innocent Blood, or both players will cast them and lose their creatures. This will be DD (Draw both games).
It is important to note that sometimes the "perfect play" leads to Draw. For example if players both have a 2/2 creature they will NEVER attack and then pass the eternity staring the game. This a Draw.
This doesn't beat my deck, as I'll just PtE your Tiger, that will give you a LL (Lose both games).
The Tiger has shroud. He'll T1 Llanowar Reborn, T2 Forest, Tiger saccing Forest, grafting from Llanowar Reborn. 4/3 shroud beats in FTW. Does that change anything?
Assuming you played your Peat Bog, I Mountain into Raze saccing Mountain, destroying the Bog. Next turn Arbor, 20 turns of 1/1 beats FTW.
If you didn't play the Bog, I play Arbor, next turn Mountain until you play Bog, then Raze, same outcome as before.

If I play first, Mountain + Raging Goblin + swing, mana open for rest of game to zap Hierarch when she comes down.
If I play second, assuming you play Hierarch, I zap it, playing the goblin T2 to swing x20 FTW.

My mistake! Damn new cards!
I'll try to update the Banned List as soon as possible, but you can quickly search the most recent page for something that hasn't been added yet (to not use it).

No rats for you. The problem with the depletion lands is that they are always 1 turn too late. No matter who plays first, the Trinisphere makes it so that you can't play the rats at all.
You play 3Sphere or Golem whenever you want. I build up charge counters until I have enough to Shatterstorm. If Golem is out by then, I blow it up; if it's not, I keep building up counters. Wash/rinse/repeat.

Plains, Path to Exile, Isamaru, Hound of Konda.

Plains
Path to Exile
Isamaru, Hound of Konda
(two of those cards are now added to the banned list, too.)

Scythe Tiger
Llanowar Reborn

I tried, man. This seems like a fun game
Swamp
Vampire Lacerator
another deck to beat the previous, right?
Treetop Village
Forest
Hard one. Either way, play Village + Mox T1, Forest T2, beat in for the rest of the game. Innocent Blood does nothing against this stack :-).
This doesn't beat my deck, as I'll just PtE your Tiger, that will give you a LL (Lose both games).

Well, this does beat the previous deck. However, we will start from the Plains, PtE, Isamaru deck. You can beat my white deck with this:
Peat Bog
Black Knight
Black Knight
You can now, beat this deck. I'll add Black Knight to the banned list. Come on, you can beat it easily!

The Tiger has shroud. He'll T1 Llanowar Reborn, T2 Forest, Tiger saccing Forest, grafting from Llanowar Reborn. 4/3 shroud beats in FTW. Does that change anything?
Anyway, to beat your deck:
Dryad Arbor
Raze
Mountain
Assuming you played your Peat Bog, I Mountain into Raze saccing Mountain, destroying the Bog. Next turn Arbor, 20 turns of 1/1 beats FTW.
If you didn't play the Bog, I play Arbor, next turn Mountain until you play Bog, then Raze, same outcome as before.
Mox Emerald
Rancor
Noble Hierarch
t1 mox, hierarch
t2 Rancor, swing for 3/2 (Exalted +1/+1 and rancor +2/+0 trampling the Arbor)
5 t clock FTW
Shock
Mountain
Raging Goblin
If I play first, Mountain + Raging Goblin + swing, mana open for rest of game to zap Hierarch when she comes down.
If I play second, assuming you play Hierarch, I zap it, playing the goblin T2 to swing x20 FTW.
Mox Pearl
Burrenton Forge-Tender
Holy Strength
Pro-Red FTW
next?
I don't understand the running ban list, so the options are open at this point...care to illuminate on how to keep the running ban list, Pancho?
Anyway:
Swamp
Mox Jet
Stromgald Crusader
I hope I don't have to explain this.
IDK... I am kind of absurd. (heh, heh)
Darkblast
Nightshade Stinger
Swamp
On the play, Swamp, go
t2-Nightshade Stinger
t3- Attack, Darkblast Crusader FTW
on the draw
t1-Swamp, DB
t2 Nightshade Stinger
Removal is broken in this format
My mistake! Damn new cards!
