Design a mono-blue instant (this includes kicker alts costs etc.) that doesn't draw card(s) (or put card(s) into your hand) bounce permanent(s), mill cards, or counter spell(s) (or exile them etc.) Basically make an interesting blue instant that doesn't do the most basic things that blue can do.
"Your attack has been rendered harmless. It is, however, quite pretty." —Saprazzan vizier
This isn't W-W; it's D-D. If you start attacking with Phytohydra, Cystbearer will swing back and win the race by a large margin. If you don't attack with Phytohydra, Cystbearer won't attack either and the game will end in a draw.

How quickly is the banlist updated? Lavaclaw reaches and pain/suffering were both on it when I was looking for a solution to sir's deck... (though spiritmonger wasn't banned yet- assuming the banlist from page 1 is the active one)
I added them on the right column myself. As I understand it, anything in the left column is final; stuff on the right column is for recent additions. It doesn't always get updated immediately, but that's up to the posters mostly.

I see. I didn't realize it was a google doc. Was going to post my own and was using find to see what was gone when I noticed lavaclaw reaches in there. Now it's a new 3card to beat too, heh.
I designed it so that the left column is importaned from a doc only I can edit, that way anyone can add stuff without any chance of them screwing it up too bad and I merge them every so often
I did it as a google document once it became to big to fit in a post

If chaplain goes first, he gets him to 1. If he holds one back to block, you can trample over too much no matter what. Unless I miscalculated. Again.
Primarily wanted to use didgeridoo, but really barely needed to. Without it, chaplains would've won going first, but I would've had an entire other card. Could've used dryspell or something.
