I believe Archmage Eternal's infamy as a vig arose in the original Amistarian Mafia.
Must you remind everyone? Shhhh. Funny thing was that after following Cyans lead and continually being wrong I vigd' Cyan which ended the game.;) But lets not remind people.
I'd like to formally and public apoligize for Replacing into this game and not putting forth the effort needed. I really wanted to actually play in this game, life just POE'd me out at the worst time.
I want to second this for myself. I also want to apologize for any actions/posts of mine that made the game less fun for anyone.
My original plan when I first replaced in was to be just scummy enough for Manders to investigate me, but not scummy enough for a Vigging. If it was decided that Manders was going to investigate me, I was going to use my Godfather ability and hopefully stick around a bit longer. Unfortunately, bad ☺☺☺☺ happened in real life, and I just absolutely lost it, on here and in real life.
Congrats to TIK on the gambit. I really have no idea how anyone bought it at all, but well played regardless.
That being said, you do in fact need to step up your town game a bit, in my opinion. I seriously felt you were legitimately scummy for most of the game, up until you gave that 'you or me' ultimatum to TIM.
Flattered to be named MVP, don't think I really deserve it. That's 3 times I've got Mafia MVP as the loser. Obviously I'm doing ok at fooling people (most people at least) but something is missing or I'd be winning more of these games.
The only thing that I think our scumteam was missing was daytalk. We were really suffering from a lack of zone coordination because we had to choose our zones independently based on what was happening in the thread. But that's in no way a blemish on this glorious setup.
Nightkill choices, maybe?
Kidding. Well, not really. I still don't follow why you all chose to try and kill Gigas, of all people, on N1. As for later on, you really should have taken me out first on the night you tried to kill MH, not just because of me being the doctor, but also because I was one of the only people legitimately suspicious of you.
--------------------------
I finally remember why I didn't call out SP on the bodyguard thing - it was because he claimed +2 for the ability, which matched my version. That's why I asked him about the name, but he never came back to answer.
That being said, the proper play was to call him and Gigas out regardless by claiming, then self-protect. Meh. Wasn't thinking straight, I guess.

Agreed. Towards the beginning of the game I was absolutely convinced you were scum - mostly because you just wouldn't take any significant stances on anyone (and I felt my inital PBPA raised some pretty legitimate points). Later on I stopped going after you just because your posts felt so weird to me and I was getting such weird confusing reads on you - couldn't figure you out. There's something strange about your posts... like all those times where you would be like "AHA! I love that you are attacking me because that is my favorite part of the game!" posts were making me so confused... and your language also feels weird sometimes. Hmm.
I can't figure out why I thought VibeBox was a rolecop. It was something to do with a reaction to Manders but I can't remember what...:-/

I didn't want to kill Gigas - I think I said Syrenz or AI, can't remember - but my team wanted to kill him because he was one of the only really confirmed power roles we'd heard anything about.
Not killing you on N4 was a huge mistake and I still can't figure out how I WIFOMed myself into thinking you weren't the doc when I already knew you were from how you backed up Syrenz's claim.

When I read the mafia group chat, I was relieved(in a weird respect-for-Zindabads-ability kind of way) to see that you at least noticed DC randomly outing himself as the Doc. And then I was very confused when you kept not killing him. I suppose you could have been concerned that it would galvanize other suspicions against you(because DC had been vocally suspicious of you), but still.
I noticed it immediately when he did it, and tried soooooooo hard in the game thread to not draw any attention to it/not talk about it whatsoever.
What should I do differently? My whole: "I love this part" was actually genuine as I love talking back and forth about how why I was thought of scum, and me responding back in part. I realize dodging the Pbpa on DC was a factor (I was honestly, getting overworked at school, so I didn't really have time to do one), but what would you have done differently?
Also, to DC in particular, I can't speak for Zinda, but I am guessing the scum were at the point that they couldn't chance that I wasn't bluffing. If I really was a back-up, Zinda would have lost two nights trying to get rid of manders, which would have probably gotten a guilty result back on him. And my name definitely helped my claim (worked on Manders).
I remember replacing, and then seeing DYH pretty much immediatly get shot that night. Felt bad because I was like "Well jeez, I just passed off the baton and he's dead before doing anything."

And yet I was so horrible in my reads this game with the exception of ultimately changing my mind on Tordeck because of his reactions to you, Manders.
I did a much better job with my reads in Conflux, which I replaced into just before this one, IIRC, as I ultimately didn't have the time to really devote to this one trying to juggle three games at once + modding. This one suffered as a result. I won't do that to myself again, lol.

It's alright, DYH. I'm sure they were scared you would get better on your reads.
And, yeah, over-exerting yourself will do that to you.
Interestingly, if people look at the target choices N1, Syrenz came very close to being a well-coordinated mafia kill.

They hate us cause they ain't us.
EDIT
Jscolton targeted poggydude with a vig, but I swapped Syrenz and poggydude.

Haha...
Heck-a-tay-a
the "h", "e"s, and second "a" are all silent
I have to admit, that made me laugh.

Lair of the Cat (Mafia Stats)
I assumed they went after Gigas1 because I remember him saying something about Power Day 1.
Infinis over Syrenz sealed the deal for me that the scum were afraid of a Zone-Cop.

Looked it up, I wanted to kill Syrenz, but only fought for "not gigas". Of course, I thought TIK was on the scum team night 1 as well.

By the way, what was the thought process that got me killed? Was kinda sad getting offed, since that means I can't play anymore
