MTG Salvation

It was a day unlike any other! The Avengers had struck a mighty blow for the forces of good and eliminated the threat within their ranks. But it showed that any one could be infiltrated! It was hardly a surprise to find out the ranks of the X-Men had been infiltrated. Professor Xavier had been on a teleconference with Nick Fury all morning.

As the X-Men gathered to hear the news about the Avengers win, it was apparent one was missing. A search of the rooms revealed the first loss:
Many of his own metal feathers from when Apocalypse had operated on him had been removed and stabbed into him. Professor X set the X-Mansion on red alert and locked it down. He tried to read the minds of those gathered, but they all read like the minds he knew.

No one would come or go until this threat was either found, or everyone had died trying. The Avenging Angel would be avenged.

Rules!
1. Be nice and have fun. This is a game first and foremost. Remember that you're heroes! Act like it!
2. Usual MTGS and Mafia rules apply. You have the benefit of your mod also being a Mod!
3. Unless it's spelled out in your role, do not talk about the game outside of the game. Talking outside will result in modkills.
4. Do not quote your PM. You may paraphrase flavor, you may post the picture I sent as well. Quoting will result in modkills.
5. Bold your votes and unvotes. I would also ask that you make sure your votes/unvotes are on their own lines, as sometimes I can miss them if within text.
6. Lynches will happen at majority votes. This cannot be reversed and any more votes or unvotes won't be counted. Twilight will go until I show up with a death scene.
7. After your death, you may post a "Bah" "Go Town" or "Go Scum", but that's all.
8. Editing or deleting a post will result in modkills.
9. I will prod after ~72 hours. I will prod twice more every 24 hours, and then they will be replaced. I'll be trying to keep track, but I'm forgetful, so if you think I've missed one, feel free to ask.
10. Remember, your enemies are shape-shifters who take everything about you. Flavor-gaming is bad and likely end very poorly.
11. The town win condition is "You win when the Skrulls are eliminated."
The mafia win condition is "You win when you equal or control the hero votes."
12. The order of operations will be all passive abilities, role-blocking abilities, mass-use abilities, all other abilities.

I'm not sure I want to go down this road. It's pretty obvious what Grizz is doing and why.

Also, Shockwave didn't RVS vote either, he just played up the misspelling of his name and then commented on the (not actual) posting restriction.

It's not that I necessarily cared to pile on votes, but I found it suspicious that you were wary to do so. So I was asking why you did care to gauge a response.

well considering this is my first time ever doing RVS as in the starwars game RVS was over wayyyy before due to Rhand and Generic getting into it, Maybe I took it wrong.

@SirGrizz Analysis: I don't have a real strong read on him as of yet. I do get where people see the slight evasiveness and self awareness in his posts, but I don't think those signs are telling on their own. (This is mostly because of how I have had self awareness misused as a scum tell on myself. How effective it is as a tell is a player by player thing in my opinion and SirGrizz does not have an established play style that we know of.)

That said he was breadcrumbing the hell out of his character, who I'll avoid mentioning for now, and I do see a couple of flavor based roles he could be, also won't be mentioned. I want him to develop in game more before even thinking of getting him anywhere near claim range.

Yes I was breadcrumbing, mainly due to excitement, going alittle to far with it tho. Not going to abandon the flavor. Just tone it down a little
