Thanks for the carry everyone. I definitely didn't put in the effort that I should have and ended up getting lucky this game with how great this town played. I think I'm gonna stick to games with 24 or 48 hour Day phases for the foreseeable future, I've had a lot more luck with activity in those.

I was so paranoid this game with how fast I had solid reads on all but 4 players, and aside from Atogaholic and Hunger, all of my solid reads were correct.

Sometimes all the townies are on their A-game. Sometimes the scum get trapped in too few mislynche by the end of D1.

Sometimes there is no deep scum.

You might want to let us know a few of the mechanical ins and out of this one as there were lots of items.

@Blos - Can you share who you are? I have a pretty good guess, but want to know if it's correct because there is one thing that makes me think I'm not. Even if it's just by pm?

This was my problem the whole game. I thought their had to be a deep scum and there just wasn't. It made me unreasonably suspicious of Blos, the lovers, and Proph.

I wish I would have trusted my gut more and pushed Hunt. I really thought he was scum from his first post, but one of us was always v/la and there was so many other things going on that I didn't take the time to properly showcase what I was seeing.

The Day 1 vig shot on Kraj was pretty huge. Nerfed the scum team pretty hard and gave us a confirmed townie.

As I said during the game and has been said, Silver was great. He just was unquestionably town based on behavior from the start.

TS, Blos, and Mindreaver were all very early in my town pile as well so good job there. That's how town wins games - townies being townie.

Good job coordinating items and just good overall town play.

Good game, scum team and Ghosting. We had a lot go our way and had some very beneficial item interactions that helped us out a lot. You guys fought hard to the end which made the game fun.

You doing the "Bloscovi is probably town, guys, but HE'S CLEARLY VERY GOOD SO BE CAREFUL ~spookynoises~" thing was one of the things that kept me from hard clearing you after your conviction in the Seppel push. As I've seen scum do that to try and doubtcast me so many, many times.

Yeah, I hear you. I wouldn't blame you, but I think the fact that I kept you as a town read the entire game showed it was just genuine paranoia. Like, I wouldn't have had you in the potential lynch pool ever.

That would've been pretty hard towards the end though, town had a very solid team.

Silver was a great replacement for sure. High activity level + definitely an easy town read.

@Iso: I know, I probably just worded my post poorly.

If you pushed for what were obviously mislynches, we lynched you much earlier instead of letting you achieve your claimed win condition. (It's not even so much I believed the win con, as as long as you weren't shooting, or shot who we told you to shoot, you could be cleared up after your win con was proven false).

Alec Trevelyan aka Janus, formerly 006

You are Janus. Formerly known as 006, you faked your death at the hands of the Russians, and have been operating undercover ever since. You plan to use the GoldenEye satellite to hold the largest bank in England hostage to force them to bend to your monetary demands...though, no one's to say that you can't use it to kill a few people in your way. But of course, what's a little action without some drama? You feel betrayed by James, the same way the Lienz-Cossacks, your family, were betrayed by the Russian government after you betrayed the Nazis to them. You want revenge. And you're about to get it. All you have to do is eliminate everyone standing in your way. If you or your mafia allies wish to use the GoldenEye Key, no other mafia kills may be performed that night.

Win condition: Stop anyone in the way of Janus's objectives.

Items: GoldenEye Key (2-Shots - You may use this item only at Night. If you use this item, no members of the mafia may perform a Nightkill on the same Night that you use this item. All protection on the person targeted with this item will fail on the Night they are targeted with this item. If you are the target of an ability on a Night that you use this item, that ability will fail.)

Retrospectively, the Proxy Mine should have locked down ALL non-passing/non-factional actions (meaning it should have stopped item abilities), because all it does is nullify the Lovers clause or the Godfather clause. Small oversight, but as the only proxy mine got passed to someone whose abilities were all factional, I guess there wasn't much foul, there.
