The Chipmunks quickly find the other dwarves. They follow them to the body of the real Grumpy and put him in a casket close to Snow White’s.
Kip and Chip are observing the scene from a tree.
The Bird and the Huntsman are standing around the caskets of their friends, weeping. The Queen had been taken care of, but that wouldn’t bring their friends back.
Kip: It’s so sad.
Chip: I know. But at least some of them survived.
Kip: I wish there was a way to bring the others back.
There was a way, but not without true love.
The Queen would never interfere with them again, but yet this story could have had a better ending.

So wait, if Prince Charming had survived, would we have gotten the Best Ending?
Yes. In the original setup he and his horse were a neutral faction, and a town + neutral win was the perfect end. I had all the flavor prepared for that setup but then Eco came in as second reviewer and a lot changed.
That’s why some errors slipped in death scenes like ZDS showing as bulletproof and you as commuter. Those were your roles in the original setup.
I did prepare a whole new end scene yesterday, but Osie didn’t know.

Chip: Yes. I miss them all. The dwarves' song when they go work in the mines, Snow White's innocence, Prince Charming's and his Horse... even Turtle is gone.
Kip: So do I. But at least we still have each other.
Chip: I... I think I love you Kip.
Kip: I love you too Chip.
Chip: I.. can I... kiss you?
Chip and Kip close their eyes, lean towards each other and share a kiss.
The Huntsman, leaning over Snow White's casket, startles in surprise. Snow White's chest starts moving. She's breathing again.
Soon after, her eyes open. The Huntsman opens her casket and helps her out.
Snow White, seeing that all her friends are still in a coma, bursts out in mesmerising song.
Revitalised by Snow White's melody, everyone awakes from their coma and life is restored to Turtle and the White Horse.
True love saved the day and everyone lived happily ever after.

I think the setup was well balanced. I do regret giving Terry Axelrod's name because with mafia having fake claims, that was close to a cop check.
In my original draft, The Prince and the Horse were a neutral faction that would leave victorious when the apple dies (flavor-wise the prince would run off to go and make an antidote for Snow White's poison). I wanted to keep the tie between the two, but maybe I shouldn't have done that.
Apart from that, Mafia was just unlucky + not careful enough with their Night Actions. They never gave any thought to where the mirror should target and Highroller managed to see it twice; Axelrod saw it in his watch shot. The combination of the Voyeur and Watcher seeing the mirror doomed Sir Chris mechanically AND confirmed Highroller as town.
The roles of Highroller, Grapefruit and Terry were all designed to be lyncheable. Axel townconfirming the Neighborizer + Highroller seeing the mirror AND Neighborizer confirmed way more town roles than I expected, but that could have gone completely differently too, which shows strong town play and careless mafia play when it comes to Night actions.
The drawback of that is very slow Day phases. Scumhunting was on a low pitch most Days because of the mechanical outs we got: CropCircles outed himself with his fake claim and became an auto lynch Day 2; Sir Chris was seen using a Night action and claimed vanilla Day 3. And then the game went into auto-POE with only 3 lynch candidates, of which Amy was being townread almost universally.
I am awarding MVP to Highroller: He's the first and arguabely only one to see through Proph's bussing tactics AND managed to get mechanically cleared with what is a very weak role.
I said it in discord already, but want to repeat this: I have loads of respect for our regular hosts. Hosting was a lot more intense than I anticipated and I will think twice before doing it again.

And Eco for trashing my original setup and help with tweaking the game to what it was now.

I am awarding MVP to Highroller: He's the first and arguabely only one to see through Proph's bussing tactics AND managed to get mechanically cleared with what is a very weak role.
Well there's no way I can take credit for the latter part, that was all Axelrod and good fortune.
There were a series of factors that won us the game. I would say the biggest ones were, in no particular order:
1. CropCircles and Jackrito outing themselves almost immediately.
2. My seeing through Prophylaxis early and continuing to press him the entire game.
3. Axelrod mechanically clearing Grape, which was HUGE.
4. My role getting cleared, which was accomplished by my targeting the same people the mirror targeted, as well as Axelrod forcing me to claim my role. If neither had happened, I would have had a much harder time being cleared and would likely have been mislynched.
5. The mafia killing Vaimes instead of leaving him alive as a potential mislynch.
6. Proph's slips during the day we lynched silver.
I think you're too hard on yourself, Proph. The Vaimes kill was a mistake, but to your credit, you were alive until the final three.
