I too was happy to see the Patriots lose. Belichick, Brady, & co. are too taken with themselves. And cheaters to boot!
True. Although I don't blame Brady so much. Belichick is just a slob, though. And a douchebag. And a sore loser. The list goes one...
Hooray, you have a sig! Although it would be nice if you could put the banner in your sig, as well as have a link to our clan page.
Just copy and paste the following into your sig for the banner:

...without the space at the end of the [/s img] tag.
As for your deck...18 lands are way too few, even for an aggro deck. I would recommend at least 22, although this is up for tweaking. I've never run a Constructed deck with fewer than 20 land, and even that was risky.
Also, I don't think (U/B) (Faerie) Rogues are as consistent as (U/B) (Faerie) Tempo or as powerful as . EDIT: I mean "MB(Goblin)Rogues.'
These are the lists I think are the best for each:
Other Spells (15) 4 Nameless Inversion (This is definitely a metagame slot. I play against Mad Auntie and Wort a lot, and Inversion is perfect against them. Against Control, this should be Thoughtseize.) 4 Rune Snag 4 Psionic Blast 3 Cryptic Command
22 lands is pretty much the standard minimum. You're not doing yourself any favors when you run fewer than that. This applies to every deck. Not really, but whenever you think your deck migh be the exception to the rule, it isn't.
On that note, I'll be running 14-land Dredge at my 3 remaining PTQs. I don't need more land than that (some people run 10) because I don't need more than one land. And you have to do alot of mulliganing with the deck anyways.
On a separate note, one of the most memorable games I've ever played was back in Kamigawa/Ravnica standard before Guildpact had been released. I was running RDW burn-heavy style deck. I faced up against a friend of mine (talented player) playing Glare, which has a great matchup against me. He started the game with one Loxodon Hierarch (backbreaking) in hand and proceeded to cast Congregation at Dawn stacking his remaining 3 Hierarchs on top of his deck (game-ending). We played it out and he cast all 4 Hierarchs. I used Flames of the Blood Hand to negate two of the Hierarch's CITP abilities, and a combination of topdecking, Char, Lightning Helix, and Grizzly Bears to push through as much damage as possible. Somehow, between luck and skill I was able to pull it out. But really, that never should have been possible.
On that note, I'll be running 14-land Dredge at my 3 remaining PTQs. I don't need more land than that (some people run 10) because I don't need more than one land. And you have to do alot of mulliganing with the deck anyways.
Don't confuse the already confused!
I think wamyc is wise to speak in generalities, so as to make the accommodation process simpler.
Also, I hate that deck.
Dredge isn't a deck, it's public masturbation with graveyard triggers.
Actually it's a really powerful deck that breaks the rules of how the game should work, much like Vintage decks do. We'll label these decks "freaking weird monsters that require a completely different mindset to play than the rest of Magic." Those decks have my permission to run less than 22 land.
"Aggro decks" do not. And don't come near me with a control deck that has fewer than 26 mana sources.
I always just put in 24 lands, with 4-8 nonbasic and the rest basic. Generally if I'm doing two-color I'll just do 10 and 10 or 8 and 8, unless in some cases I'll do 10 and 6 or 8 and 12. You guys are speaking gibberish to me :}

Your last post was gibberish AKA gobbledygook AKA random jank.
Like this:
EDIT: Aside from those in the obvious sources (MTG.com, Extended Forum), have you guys got any IntruderElf Combo decklists? I think I'm going to play it for the Extended tournaments.
I may be reading things wrong, but... doesn't that manaless ichorid scoop to any control spell in the first two turns? It's a vintage build, so you have to contend with force of will, daze, misdirection, swords to plowshares, and any other creature kill.
Also, why are you flaming the ilpie, AI? At least ILP puts enough land in his decks...
Alot of people seem to hate the deck. Extended's cardpool really makes it broken. The reason I switched to Dredge (I played Enduring Ideal at the last PTQ) is because I felt it gave me the best chance to win my matchups. Back at GP Columbus, I got stomped by Flash. Looking back I really wish I had played that deck, since it was the best in the environment, and given myself the best chance to win. I feel Dredge is the best deck in this year.'s Extended season. It can win early, is consistent, and can win through hate.
Also, why are you flaming the ilpie, AI? At least ILP puts enough land in his decks...
That was just a light-hearted jib. Not even a full jab. I suppose I should have said that originally. No hard feelings.
And at least I play a 23/4 land Faerie Tempo deck!
It can win early, is consistent, and can win through hate.
It can, but it won't win 2/3 beating 1/2 the field in that 1/2 SBs eight slots against it. (Leyline, Crypt)
Speaking of Crypt, my friend Ben is playing a strange Balancing Act/Gargadon deck that only sideboards the Leylines and one copy of Yixlid Jailer, to be fetched via Living Wish. I don't think it's good enough, but it's his deck after all.

The deck is really good, and I think it even has some room to accomodate answers to the hate. (pithing needle) I don't know what you do about the void.
Fixed. You know, I never realized Grizzly Bears was spelled with and 's.'
And knowing is half the battle.
Right now I'm working on updating a semi-serious but causal brain freeze deck into a (non-proxy, non-power ass) kicker Vintage deck.
Right now I just have about a thousand ideas and I really need to sort them out. To start with, I need to pick up the most powerful card in the game. You know, to spice things up. With winning.

I have just played in my first draft tournament, huzzah. I lost 3 rounds and won 1. (2 games won, 7 games lost). Ouch. At least I got to bring home a Faerie deck, though I was sort of hoping for better cards.
I'm hopefully going again next week, but I don't know whether to draft Faeries again or another tribe (Treefolk?). Faeries were cool, but I don't want a load of cards and the closest thing they have to a game-winner is Nightshade Schemers. 3/2 flyer with an ok ability isn't too game-winning.
That period was there because I didn't like the "attached images box" swallowing up my text with it's closeness. It's like, yeah, I wanna make a GIJoe reference, but quit smothering me, *****!
And you know what? Chain of vapor is tech. Sometimes... but that's what it means to be "tech." Tech isn't always good. It's sometimes good.
CLAN CONTEST, ROUND 4
Hellkite is eliminated, and the criterion for this round is :
My vote goes for Mutavault. Hi there nondescript darkness-room or whatever. You're non-descript.
Necropotence's art is awesome in my opinion, and conquer and animate dead are really cool looking, too. I can take or leave clickslither, but then again it is the awesome kev walker.
EDIT: finished my cube and I'll probably be making a thread for that in the cube subforum soon. I drafted an ass-kicking, ass-KICKING, blue deck with white and black reanimator and a sick control element. I dominated so bad, two people in the draft refused to talk about the games.
And there were only three players, myself included.
Chain of Vapor is definately tech. If my opponent is sideboarding in Leyline of the Void and I assume he is keeping a hand with it, I mulligan until I get a hand with Chain and a land. Hopefully it has some cards to help me throw my library into my graveyard, but that is only going to matter if I'm able to Chain his Leyline. The other night I Chained a Tormods Crypt ftw. I hadn't thought too much about bouncing 0 drops before, but since he could only replay it at sorcery speed, I was free to go off!
I agree with Wamyc, Mutavault is the least worthy art in the pile. It lacks inspiration.
So I am a bad Magic player.
I made a lot of play mistakes at FNM as well as had ****** luck, coming in at a distant 1-3.
Game synopsis later; I have a luncheon to go to.
I vote for/against Mutavault (damn tag doesn't even work yet) for now, but I may change my vote upon further analysis.
I got a new banner and I'm still recovering from its awesomeness. JUST LOOK AT IT!
Next week I'm going to another draft tournament (SO FUN!) and drafting RG Warriors. My Faerie draft deck actually beat both of my friends' Constructed decks (1 Elf and 1 Merfolk). I added 2 Oona's Blackguard, 1 Violet Pall, and another card I can't remember .
How do you change the links so it's Gatherer instead of magiccards.info?

I'd recommend waiting to see what people pass you before deciding on a draft strategy, but I applaud your versatility. Just don't be surprised if a Rogue deck steamrolls you.
How do you change the links so it's Gatherer instead of magiccards.info?
Go to User Control Panel.
On the left-hand navigation bar, click on Edit Options. It will be the fourth one down in the first block of links.
At the very bottom of that screen, there will be a Card Tags box. Click and select Gatherer, then Save Changes. Gatherer!
EDIT: For some strange reason, the link reader thing at the bottom left of my screen (I'm using Mozilla Firefox) still shows the link as a magiccards.info link...even though the link goes to Gatherer. How odd...

I'm not going to be able to go to the tournament for another two weeks . I just want to do something Flamekin-y. There are plenty of good Faeries in Morningtide, and I've already seen them. Now I want to check out some red cards, and there are some awesome flamekin (Brighthearth banneret, pyroclast consul...).
@AI: Magiccards.info, I beleive, is the default for the forums, and that's why the autocard link reads as a .info link. Your cached login cookie probably redirects the link to getherer when you click on it.

4 Spellstutter Sprite
4 Oona's Prowler
4 Scion of Oona
3 Pestermite
3 Vendillion Clique
3 Mistbind Clique
4 Nameless Inversion (This is definitely a metagame slot. I play against Mad Auntie and Wort a lot, and Inversion is perfect against them. Against Control, this should be Thoughtseize.)
4 Rune Snag
4 Psionic Blast
3 Cryptic Command
4 Pithing Needle
4 Flashfreeze
4 Sower of Temptation
3 Damnation (Also a metagame call. I run 2 Sudden Death and another M. Clique here because I don't have any.)
4 Desert
2 Quicksand
16 Swamp
Creatures (30)
4 Nightshade Stinger
4 Prickly Boggart
4 Frogtosser Banneret
4 Oona's Prowler
4 Squeaking Pie Sneak (Forgot this guy too.)
4 Stinkdrinker Bandit (Forgot this guy the first time.)
2 Stenchskipper
4 Shriekmaw (Better than Terror in MBR.)
4 Earwig Squad
4 Nameless Inversion
I'm not sure what you're trying to say, but turn one Prickly Boggart, turn two Stinkdrinker Bandit, turn three Earwig Squad, and turn four Stinkdrinker is pretty solid, I've heard.
This applies to every deck.
Not really, but whenever you think your deck migh be the exception to the rule, it isn't.
