Mostly decks with lands that produce more than 1 mana (not exactly a problem with most newbs/casual) and decks that make massive mana from non-land sources (again, not a problem for newb/casual)
I don't think so actually.. a creature card is a card that's affected, so a deck with at least one creature card is affected. I don't think that a deck without creatures or other cards with rules changes are affected.. unless you count the fact that how they play is affected by the changes in the opponent's deck
Actually, the mana burn change affects all decks with lands, so..
wait a sec, let me rephrase that. there are decks whose overall functionality is affected because of the decreased usefulness of at least on card in said decks which are affected by the damage-off-the-stack rule changes.

I remember all the vendors at my Regionals sold out of Font of Mythos the day of the event because everyone tried to switch to Turbofog at the last minute.

I was going to make TurboFog but Jund Aggro is alittle more fun. ^^ I'll probably make it evantully
When is the M10 Release-Party/Game Day thing anyway?
Since my metagame is apparently 90% BW-Tokens, I've been considering swapping the maindeck Terminates for Terrors, and Slaughtermasters for Outlanders. But I really don't want the Slaughtermasters in my Sideboard, so I'd need to look over some things for that...
@Clem: I'm sure you'll do well (:sneaky:), but if nothing else, I DEMAND that you beat those wretched Called. They'll never let us live it down if we don't...

both with big stupid grins spreading across their faces.]
I was under the impression a fog affect was anything that said "prevent all combat damage" (plus the turbofog deck before alara came out used green anyway right?)

Dude...you can't just play good cards and assume you'll do well. This decklist is atrocious.
Decks like this can't afford to play a bunch of 2-ofs and 1-ofs.
Also, you should not dismiss Sygg, River Cutthroat. He is the second-best two drop the deck can play. (After neo-Goyf, of course.)
Naturally, the best deck in a meta full of BW Tokens is CascadeSwans. You should play that, instead.

To which Turbofog build are you referring? I recall one which played Dawn Charm, Pollen Lullaby, and Holy Day, but those are all white cards.

I agree with AI Ravus, Your decklist is all over the place :weird:.
Your creature base is fine, but the spells are too varied. Your land base also has too many CipT lands.

Yes, the original turbofog deck ran 4x Rites of Flourishing and Abundance to win, the rites for the card draw and the Abundance so it wouldn't deck itself. Fun deck, I played it for quite a while.
Sigh

edit: and yeah, it seems we have.
Some of the more recent decks that mill play green like noones business. Turbofog's been a playable deck for awhile.
This is the TurboFog in Standard I know:

And that is UW

It's finished--hell, I haven't made any changes in over a week, that's considerable!--I just keep forgetting to post it.
Also, notice it's more midrange-oriented than a quicker aggro, mostly because of monetary/manabasal requirements. It's still a great deck, though.

Credit for my sig banner goes to my friend Raptor. <3
i agree as well. you need to get rid of the 1-ofs and 2-ofs.
try sleeping. sometimes that works for me.
