Where I am in Ohio didn't get hit at all. It acted as though it was going to storm, but never really did. All thunder and fury with no storm. Which reminds me of the way I feel about an hour after eating sushi. I love sushi, but it does not agree with me.

NY. Was pouring for about 30 min then stopped. Stupid weather.
Tri-color Rav guilds? Whaaaaaa???? Turning Stonebrow into Rith, the Awakener. Stonebrow is fun, but a trample based deck is just too narrow that I can't really build on it anymore.
Holy **** Aja I am so sorry to hear that that seriously sucks so **** bad!! It'll all work out in the end so don't get too down! If you need someone to talk/vent to, pm me and I can give you my phone number!
You guys know what sucks? Losing your financial aid because your mom won't file her ****ing taxes sucks. Know what sucks worse than that? Being a freshman in Georgia where there is a cap on how much you can take out in student loans if you're under 18. Know what sucks even worse than that? The sickening realization that you won't be in school next month, that all of your friends that you graduated with will be at college and you won't, all because your mom is six years behind on her taxes. The knowledge that you spent four years busting some extreme ass, setting freakinging records in the number of AP classes taken at your school, that kind of crap, and the one person that you're supposed to be able to count on can't do what she's supposed to do and that you look like a loser for it.
@Macius, I'm assuming you do not need help with the primer?
I went 3-1 at an 8 man tournament today with RUG Delver for standard. I put the modern deck on the back burner for right now.
I'll update this post with a list tomorrow.

CLAN STUFF! http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=433024 Tomorrow when I wake up, I will review everything further. In the mean time, ideas can be thrown about at will:)
For round one, I have to ask: did anyone play werewolf: the apocalypse? Heck of a game. It was an off shoot of Vampire: the Masquerade?

@Yanni, looking forward to it.
It's basically UR Delver with G for Mayor of Avabruck to pump up my Stormblood Beserkers and Delver. In addition, he often flipped, bashed for three, made a token, and I won because that's a hard board state to return. Cathedral of War, which will probably replace the green sources and Avabrucks will open me up for more better spells and a more stable mana base.
Here's my idea for the werewolf
Killer Name
1RUG
Legendary Human Wizard Werewolf
1/2
When a player casts a spell that doesn't target this creature, you may transform ~
At the beginning of every upkeep, if no spells were cast last turn, transform ~
Counteryourcardwolf
Legendary Wizard Werewolf
4/2
When this creature transforms into Counteryourcardwolf, counter target spell that doesn't target this creature.
:tap: Deal 2 damage to one creature or player.
At the beginning of every upkeep, if a player cast two or more spells last turn, transform ~
I think it's a cool design. It's a big body for 3 mana, albeit three colored mana, it counters spells when flipped, and it can be a pinger.
It's also legendary, which prevents you from playing two.
The situation that would occur is this
CounterWolf 1 gets targeted by gutshot
Counter Wolf 2 flips and counters gut shot.
Counter Wolf 2 gets targeted by shock
Counter Wolf 1 flips and counters shock.
This way you can counter any spell your opponent plays, but they can still kill your guy to prevent him just countering it.
What do you guys think? 3 or 4 mana? It's absolutely original. I'm just bad with flavor. It's good at 3 mana, it's better than cancel, but has a restrictive cost. It's decent at 4 mana, I'd play it at either cost, but it's much better at 3.

The problem with that design is the countering part. Werewolves transform at a time where you would never counter anything so the ability does nothing. Are we just going to design boring r/g werewolves or can we design other colors?
Also, legendary transform doesn't work yet because of the legend rule. I would say stay away from that kind of flip card creation until we actually see wizards implement it.
I wish we had a skype type place where we could gather and talk about guild based things in real time as opposed to having to wait up to hours for a response.

I may be wrong, but wouldn't this be how the stack works for that situation?
Counterwolfman is on the field
Opponent casts Entreat the angels
Counterwolf triggers
Stack looks like this bottom: Entreat, Counterwolf flip trigger: top
Counterwolf flip trigger resolves, counter wolf flip trigger activates, the player chooses a counter target.
I don't know much about the workings of DFC
as far as the legend rule, that's fine on two levels. 1. It's not turning into the same card. (IE you can have Akroma Angel of X and Akroma Angel of Y in play at the same time) 2. Garruk Rerentless can turn into Garruk Veil Chained and they're both planeswalker - Garruk.
And the contest tells us to be creative and forge new ground, this does that by making a U werewolf, the first Tripple colored DFC card and the first one that counters in the vein of mystic snake.

Planeswalkers work differently so they arn't an applicable comparison. Wizards themselves said they don't have a solution to the legendary werewolf problem so I doubt we can fix it.
Also, the counter only would work on miracles sometimes? Seems like an incredibly useless (and sorry to say, badly designed) mechanic.
The big issue I see with cards non-designers make is that they try to be all fancy and cool when simplicity is better almost always.

Yes, it was said at the Comic-Con. It was made very clear that he is shapeshifter. It should be in The Rumor Mill RtR compiled info.

I thought the Krenko story was pretty neat. If Taz is Lazav, then isn't Krenko a member of Dimir?:o

Krenko is probably an unguilded mercenary. Remember the vast majority of Ravnica is unguilded.
