I understand is a difficult situation but there are lawyer groups or legal defense groups that do initial consultation or other such stuff for free.
I suggest you use the time you have right now to try to find them and set up an early morning meeting with them tomorrow.
I really dont recommend doing this without some form of legal representation but that's mostly because i already gave up on the truth actually getting things done.

Its 10:25PM here so I guess I will just call my grandparents up tomorrow morning and ask for some money for a lawyer, hopefully they will understand.

I'd suggest documenting everything you know, names, times, dates, websites, ect. That and don't talk to other people about the issue other than the obvious. If Billy the Best Friend wants to "get the ins," say nothing. I don't care if you were "broskies" with Billy the Best Friend since you two were lost in the woods at the age of six months and were saved by some she-wolf raised together until you were both 4 years old. Ambition must be made to counteract ambition.
Individualities may form communities, but it is institutions alone that can create a nation.
Nothing succeeds like the appearance of success.
Here is my principle: Taxes shall be levied according to ability to pay. That is the only American principle.
If you never posted her name or posted the photo of her, then just go into school and tell them to stop harassing YOU. Tell the school administration that you never mentioned any specifics and were simply commenting on a current event.
Then look the administration, police and the girls parents in the eye and say "The sex that I had with this girl was consensual. This relationship has ran it's course and I no longer want any part of it. If you are pressing charges, press charges. I will get a lawyer and I will sue the school board for disruption of my education. I do not need this drama in my final year of high school, but that does not mean I will put up with this nonsense either."
Then fold your arms and look up at the clock on the wall. If you can pull this off with pure confidence, they will bend to your every will. At least this is how I would handle it.
Don't let the cops see it I'll be charged for bullying...
I have a lawyer I can use but the point is if they press, regardless of my guilt or not, I get expelled.
What the actual ****? Has it been abused in Australia? Like students who weren't bullies get expelled by over-sensitive kids?

While I would love to do this, I am at the risk of getting expelled and if that was hanging over my head I would be more aggressive and ballsey.
What the actual ****? Has it been abused in Australia? Like students who weren't bullies get expelled by over-sensitive kids?
Yes it has. A cool story from my school, 2 guys were suspended for 3 days because they had a rap battle. Mind you these 2 guys were friends, did not swear, weren't aggressive and didn't use racial slurs (one is Asian and one is white so it even looked like a joke). The schools reasoning was because they "Made a crowd at school". Mind you one of these students is the current top kid academically, and I think the school just doesn't like us having some fun.
I don't see what you're being accused for here,
It's not the sex, you didn't mention any specifics in your fb status, you didn't repost the pic in question...
You should just go talk to your principal or w/e is handling this crap.
Get all the facts straight, find out what they're accusing you of, don't get aggro, and repeat yourself as many times as necessary.
You probably don't need a lawyer if you can explain everything properly and get your principal to talk with the parents.
Be as clear headed as possible, and the mature one in this, and you'll be fine. I can think of things that happened in high school with my friends and I, and I came out on top and unscarred simply because I acted like an adult about it.
Keep us updated, like the others... I just fail to see what you've done wrong other than posting about the girl... a woman's wrath I say... a woman's wrath.
IF you get screwed in the end, counter sue Tumbler for having her pics on their server, granted that it is illegal child porn where they servers are held, which I'm sure is in the usa. Research time!

Every *TBD*, right here, we discuss cute things over some healthy green tea.
I haven't seen anyone else say this and we are in Real Life Advice, so here's my real life advice to you: don't go running your mouth on the internet.
When I was growing up, let alone when I was your age, we didn't have Tumblr. Facebook wasn't open to the public. Myspace was barely even taking off. Picture and video messaging wasn't really even a real thing, by and large, and we didn't have police showing up at schools because someone forwarded someone else's naked/risque pictures. We live in an information age now, though, and the speed of information is much faster than it was before we had all of those aforementioned things.
In the "old days," you could easily run your mouth about whatever and maybe some rumors would spread between people and locally you'd be labeled a jerk. But now we have digital evidence not just of your friend's naked pictures, but of you discussing them and creating a forum for other people who know that person to discuss that. And for the people who know those people to discuss it. And so on.
Kids in this era have new dangers I know I certainly didn't have when I was "their age," but the risks associated with those dangers are also much higher. It's important to learn that lesson sooner than later, because later carries with it the consequence of potential expulsion or worse.
I'm not the police or this girl's parents, nor do I have access to the original comment chain on Facebook or links to this girl's Tumblr. What I do know is that you're going to learn a lesson from this. I know this isn't a popular opinion in this thread, but whatever punishment you receive -- if any -- in this case is deserved. Is that potentially harsh and cruel and uncaring? Certainly, but the stakes of running your mouth in an information age, particularly with such sensitive material, are much higher. You should have thought about what you were saying and the associated consequences of it before bringing to light a matter of child pornography you were aware of in a semi-public forum.
Hopefully nothing happens to you, but just as well, hopefully you'll learn when to be an adult and keep your mouth shut instead of running it like a child who thinks there are no consequences to his actions.
If what you're saying is true about your situation I would highly suggest not saying a single word to the school, police, or anybody without legal representation. I'm not sure what Australian laws are about legal representation, but in America you have the right to remain silent and do not have to speak or testify without legal representation. I would suggest pleading silence until you havw a lawyer with you.
My guess is the reason why the school and the parents are blaming you is because you have a bad history with the woman and that she is trying to point the blame towards you. Like I said (and everyone else said for that matter), DO NOT TALK TO ANYONE WITHOUT A LAWYER. PERIOD.
Hope everything works out with you.
Edit: Also for future reference I would not suggest discussing potentially illegal topics or alluding to pictures or content that could risk getting you in trouble with the law. Simply saying that there are nude photos of a girl from your school and that you saw them can qualify for illegal activity (depending on AU law I guess). Also Kijin (poster above me) is correct: if you're on bad terms with somebody just stay quiet and don't provoke trouble.
I mean I hope nothing happens to you, but did you really not know that it's not a good idea to draw attention to some obviously unwanted leaked photos of someone in your High School? Where I you, when this is all over, I'd avoid social networking and maybe just try to be regular social instead.

The parents, school, and police are going ask why you are posting comments about a nude picture of an underage girl who wants nothing to do with you. I'm kind of curious, too. From the outside, that is stalkerish behavior.
Also, what comments did you make, and what followups were posted? If you said something like "I hit that!" and a bunch of other people made rude comments, then you have something coming.
Your comment about her having few friends really makes this sound like it is part of a much bigger issue. I don't know if it is stalking, bullying, or jealousy. That may be how she sees it, and you haven't really done anything to show otherwise.
If you never posted her name or posted the photo of her, then just go into school and tell them to stop harassing YOU. Tell the school administration that you never mentioned any specifics and were simply commenting on a current event.

This.
You can sue the school for discrimination (based on sex) and harassment.
So here's what I learned.
You can suel the school for disrupting your education and harassment if they expell you. You might be able to slam the discrimination charges down too ( because you're male)
Call your grandparents and get a lawyer, it is the only way you'll get anything done.
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT talk to the parents with the princable. Refuse to go to school until your Lawyer and You are able to work this out with the family and the school

This. You had nothing to gain by posting a stupid comment in the first place.
Secondly, meet with the girl and her parents, and beg forgiveness. Leave your ego at the door, drop your feeling of equality and inequality, no one cares about what you think is right or wrong. Go there and apologize endlessly and tell them you feel horrible and you've learned you lesson and you are an evil sick **** who should be put down like the rabid dog you are, you are diconnecting the internet and selling your computer and will never look at or even think of this girl ever again and are seriously considering joining a monastary. Play into thier egos, grovel, make yourself look like a worm in front of them.
You do that, 99% chance this all just goes away and you get on with your life. This is typical high school BS and will blow over in a few months and no one will care anymore. Seriously, you're talking about nude pictures of underage girls on the Internet. With the police involved. This is NOT a time when you want to get on some stupid preachy moral high horse or try and "lawyer up" and take them head on. You do not want a part in this fight. Shove your tail between your legs, waive the white flag, embrace defeat, and then walk away.
And just in case you missed it the first time

Whoa there. Who says they'll just drop this? You? Do you know these people? How do you know how easily they will be placated?
He didn't upload or link to the picture. He didn't even mention the girl's name. Admitting to something he did not do will not ensure his safety, but it will ensure the people causing trouble have ammunition they could choose to use against him.
This. You had nothing to gain by posting a stupid comment in the first place.

Terrible advice. Having him assume guilt for this will only be perceived as an admission of guilt, and will increase the chances of them press charges.
They will not press charges if it's plain they have no leg to stand on, which it seems clear they do not.

I also agree with Highroller and Yanni that this is just horrendous advice. Admit guilt when he did nothing wrong?
Giving into the girl's parents is the absolute last thing I would do. Pinkfloyd really didn't do anything that is actually worth pressing charges for, except for what... harassment? That is laughable at best. All he did was post a status on his Facebook that mentioned the girl anonymously. If he mentioned the girl's actual name or if he shared the pics (!!!) he would have been in big trouble. But he didn't, so he doesn't have to worry about it.
And yes Pinkfloyd, do not talk to anyone until you get consultation from a lawyer. You are going to be fine as long as you don't say anything that could be used against you before getting legal help.
Terrible advice. Having him assume guilt for this will only be perceived as an admission of guilt, and will increase the chances of them press charges.
They will not press charges if it's plain they have no leg to stand on, which it seems clear they do not.
Really? You have a copy of the comment thread in front of you and/or are the Australian authorities, where you can also make such a claim?
For all we know, PinkFloyd posted, "Aha, that ex of mine sure got told on Tumblr; great job posting nudes, you bimbo!" and would not only be admitting to having possessed child pornography, but would be pretty culpable in helping disseminate it (after all, by PinkFloyd's own admission, links to the picture were then posted in the comment thread on his Facebook before he deleted it, which is definitely an Internet 101 protip that if you delete everything, the cops can't find you, seven proxies, etc).
Second, given the girl and his history, and knowing that now everyone is aware of the fact that PinkFloyd generated interest in the information for others through his Facebook, it's also likely he has both means and motive for passing if not the actual picture than information about the picture around -- which is still, at best, distributing child pornography.
And while PinkFloyd and any number of other of posters can protest PinkFloyd's innocence and how he's being discriminated against and any number of other claims, none of us, PinkFloyd included, have a transcript of the original discussion.
You know who does? The police.
You know who wants to speak with PinkFloyd? The police.
While his goose may not actually be cooked and they may just be looking to question him about how he got the information, etc, the bottom line is that PinkFloyd lept before he looked and is now left to bear the consequences of his actions. Child pornography and its dissemination is a very serious issue and crime, even at the level of "kids being kids."
Expulsion is a slap on the wrist, given the penalties you can suffer for that crime as an adult. Maybe next time PinkFloyd will take a second and think about what he's saying before he posts it online for others to see.
Edit: None of you are looking at this from the point of view of the girl, her family, or the police, and advising him to be irresponsible and deny culpability for something he may unabashedly be culpable for/of. That is not advice based in real life. That's advice based in a childish fantasy world where crimes have no consequences to them.
I agree, however, that he should consult an attorney before speaking with anyone on the issue.

Child fantasies aside. It generally is a bad idea to admit you did things when you did not do them. He's already dealing with consequences, whether or not he committed a crime, but admitting to crimes he did not commit is a bad idea.
So let's get into the view of the Girl and her parents. Why would I be more pissed at Cian than his sister, who reposted the image in question on her blog? Is it because we had sex?
Now from her parents.
I am still more pissed at his sister for posting the image.
Now from the school.
I don't get involved.

Terrible advice. Having him assume guilt for this will only be perceived as an admission of guilt, and will increase the chances of them press charges.
They will not press charges if it's plain they have no leg to stand on, which it seems clear they do not.
No, this is absolutely not what he should do. You're asking him to admit guilt, when there is no guilt.
