I am almost finished with my 450 cube and I wanted to make one last addition. We usually play in multiplayer but I also intended the cube for 1v1. So now I wanted to put some multiplayer bombs here and there but not decrease the power level of 1v1 cards.
My question is: what cards are really broken in multiplayer but still playable in 1v1?
EDIT: Title is supposed to be "best.." but put in a typo instead
Here's two ideas for you: Edric, Spymaster of Trest is a powerhouse in both multiplayer and 1v1 Limited Resources is a BOMB in multiplayer, and we've liked it in 1v1. Highly unusual cube choice outside of MP though
Just got to say, you've definitely earned distinction as an MTGS hero

Because he's the hero MTGS deserves, and the one it needs right now. So we'll global him. Because he can take it. Because he's not just our hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. An expired rascal.

ExpiredRascals you sir are a god-like hero.

... and also probably the single card most likely to result in physical violence at the end of a multiplayer game* (with Stasis likely a close second).
Depends on the type of meta you're trying to generate, really. If you want to include defensive cards like this, you also want Propaganda / Ghostly Prison / Windborn Muse / Norn's Annex. These guys become insanely good in a multiplayer environment.
Don't be afraid to include fatter / harder-to-cast things. Multiplayer gives you more time. The only rule my group has with regards to the bombs in my Cube is that if they have a triple-mana cost for a single colour (i.e. WWW, GGG), they pretty much have to be close to game-winning as they drop (Reya Dawnbringer and Verdant Force are, off the top of my head, the only critters in my Cube that fit this bill, as a result).
* And yes, I do have a funny Limited Resources example! Sat down for a 12-player free-for-all once, half my playgroup and the other half ring-ins. One of my buddies drops Limited Resources on the very first turn of the game. Players 11 and 12 didn't even get a land drop! He was lucky to make it out of the room alive.
Vigilance becomes very good in multiplayer, so decent cards like Elite Inquisitor, Serra Avenger, and Loyal Cathar become quite good. It might even be worth it to consider Serra Angel, depending on if your playgroup would use her in 1v1.
Some cards that are pretty good in multiplayer but probably wouldn't cut it in 1v1 are Pestilence, it's red cousin Pyrohemia and super multiplayer fatty Hydra Omnivore. Probably depends on the general power level of your cube though.
Only thing I can think of off the top of my head is Rhystic Study. It's a great tool that people eventually stop caring about, causing you to draw piles of cards. If they do care and pay the extra one mana, you delayed every spell they played by one turn every single turn. It's great.

Cards with repeatable abilities are much better as well, such as Silklash Spider or Urborg Syphon-Mage. Cabal Interrogator becomes much better than, say, Duress.

Loxodon Gatekeeper and Grand Arbiter Augustin IV has similar effects.
Mass burn and mass removal is always good.
Bribery gives you a variety of libraries to tutor from.
Reanimate and Animate Dead does the same with graveyards.
Memory Jar and Wheel of Fortune is good for mass discard/card draw.
And yes, Kokusho is BOSS!
Consecrated Sphinx! I hear that drawing 8 cards before it gets back to your turn is pretty good..
Seedborn Muse + variety of combo pieces.
People working together to make storm work. eg. people casting random spells to create a mass Wing Shards.
Cairn Wanderer is essentially a mini Akroma
Questing Phelddagrif can be pumped up AND grant non-essential opponents a reprieve
Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind can be used to punish card draw..
Clone cards (such as Phantasmal Image) now have more choices on the board
Forget Soul/ Essence Warden.. Auriok Champion was just annoying!
