It's only a draw 5 if there are 2 or fewer land cards and you can play every revealed nonland card by the end of your next turn. I think this is comparable to Urban Evolution.
I'm glad they're continuing to do the until next turn style pseudo-draw effects. This one is worse than Light up the Stage for me since 5 mana is a lot for something that probably has zero impact on the board this turn, even if it is a potentially great set up for the following turn.

Agreed on the art though.
Minor nitpick, but you can play up to three revealed lands, assuming you haven't made your land drop the turn you play it; you get two that turn, and one on your next turn. Still don't think the card gets there, though.
Both red and green are stacked to the brim with amazing 5-drops. Unless you're guaranteed 4-5 cards, this often won't be worth it. Needs to be Mystic Confluence level of a card to break into this slot, or like Plow Under with a built-in Lightning Bolt or something.
I think Urban Evolution is a canny comparison. I like that card, but it's certainly nothing boomtastic. After casting the five drop, you probably don't have mana to get much out of it the turn you cast it, unless you flip lands and low drops. I foresee getting no more than three cards out of this on average, and not really getting the cards you had hoped for.
Of course, as I often say, at my size I could play this anyway. Nevertheless, I wouldn't be clamoring to do so.
Nevertheless, for a multiplayer cube this card is quite interesting. There is not much card advantage stuff in this guild. I will test it in the slot of Zhur-Taa Druid.

Draw 5? Thank you! And I'd play this card for the illustration alone.
Agreed on the art though.

Might be cool in constructed against Narset though, lol.
