1) I would assume yes, since they are in play as the sub-game begins, but I'm not sure on this one.
2) No, they will have been in play since the beginning of your turn one the first turn of the game
3) No, they do not ever enter the battlefield, they are simply on the battlefield when the game starts. Compare to Karn, which puts them in play after the game restarts.
kind of fun haha. I might try it out for funsies,
Winning the dice roll in the subgame seems important
I'm guessing there's too high a chance that a non-cheaty deck will still be able to find a victory if they are on the play?
A cheaty deck would need to win about 85%+ of the time for this to be a good card. Don't think that'll end up being true? hard to say.
Spicy cheaty spell that tutors into play with no restrictions. A lot of decks will just auto-lose the sub game, but I wouldn't be surprised if decks with alot of burn or removal could win alot more often than you would expect. Against a deck with a creature combo in it the card is proabaly unplayable
Your proabaly about right in saying that you need the person casting it needs to "hit" about 85% of the time, if it's less it could be too much of a risk for a 5 mana spell.
I assume sub-games have extra rules-baggage now? It's just throwing me that the card refers to your "main-game library" instead of just "library", if the library carries across between games. Is it just incase you manage to cast another copy of this in a sub game?
Cool card, I might keep an eye on people's testing.
This looks like a good card for the cheat fatties archetype. However I’m confused about some ruling here:
1) Do you pick the cards before or after choosing which player goes first?
2) Are the cards affected by summoning sickness?
3) Do ETB trigger?
2) No, they will have been in play since the beginning of your turn one the first turn of the game
3) No, they do not ever enter the battlefield, they are simply on the battlefield when the game starts. Compare to Karn, which puts them in play after the game restarts.

Or draft it with Power Play; conspiracies carry over into sub-games right?
I had originally assumed this was creatures but it's actually any permanent, a small but meaningful upgrade IMHO.
Don't know if it will stay long term but can't hurt to try.
