Deceptive opening - Seems fair. Should probably put it into play attacking. A tad underwhelming.
Snatch and Grab - Seems fine.
Meditative Focus - I'm gonna say this is bah-roken. Every creature you control has shroud for just tapping it, and it only costs ONE?
Show of Force - I think this may be overpowered, since in a tribal deck +3/+0 and double strike to every creature seem worth a LOT more than 5.
Divine Champion - Yo homie, that be one white ass spell. Clerics are a black tribe too you know?

Check out the thread for my cube if you have the time, and tell me how terrible it is.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
Deceptive Opening = I don't think you should have to sacrifice the creature.
Snatch and Grab = It could scry 3.
Meditative Focus = Looks pretty good. Maybe 1G.
Show of Force = Yeah, this is a little overboard I think. Maybe tack another R on there.
Tribal on otherwise non-tribe-related cards works if they're in a set where having a creature type is a significant mechanic all by itself, such as Lorwyn. Tarfire isn't specifically connected to Goblins in its effect, but by being a Goblin spell its mechanical interactions within the block are significantly increased.

So how can a person justify stating that there is "no need" for tribal types if that person has no information on the environment?
Additional: Not a single card in the OP satisfies the criterium "non-tribe-related". Wouldn't that increase the justification of the tribal type (if anything)?
