Parader of the Disloyal 1B
Creature - Human Rogue (R)
Permanents opponents control can’t have counters put on them.
2/2
- Prevents + planeswalker abilities but not negative ones. Also prevents a lot of other stuff, but is one sided to avoid combos on your end.
Veil weaver 1G
Creature - Spider Shaman (R)
Reach
As Veil weaver enters the battlefield, choose a nonland card name.
Whenever a player casts a spell with the choosen name, each of that spell's controller's opponents draws a card. Those players and permanents they control gain hexproof and spells they control can’t be countered until end of turn.
2/2
- It should be worse than meddling mage as you may still cast your spell. As such it functions as a meddling mage for combo decks and against combo decks, but against creature decks it is far worse.
Parader of the Disloyal, I would have put this in white but recent cards say black is fine. The power level of this card is at an odd place. It's probably fine though excessivly pushed.
Veil weaver, oh God the wall of text is blinding me. Seriously though, you stapled a banned card onto a triggered ability and deemed it fine? I'm not sure if this is powerful or weak but it hurts to read. It's hard to say if green should even be doing this.
Misotheist, this is almost certainly too strong. It completely locks put planeswalkers, which would be enough on it's own, but also many incidental cards that it's possible players wouldn't even realize how hurt they are by it.
Parader of the Disloyal: Wow, this one is all kinds of unfun. The ability is a one-sided, hard-lock, which is shutting down a TON of interactions. That's really feel-bad. At the cost, it's especially feel bad, because you're turning off the fun before the game even has a fair chance to begin. There's no way to work around this either, so it doesn't leave any benefit of doubt that players can play strategically around it. I'm at odds if I would even consider an effect like this at all. Maybe if it was a temporary disruption (until end of turn—during your opponent's next turn).
Veil Weaver: Another one that is doing a lot, but mostly doing a lot of unnecessary things for what you're essentially going to accomplish here (oust a named spell). Drawing a card in addition to ousting a spell is way over the top. And at this cost, it's just plain unfair. Declaration of Naught is the closest contemporary. It was a bit over the top itself. And didn't see much potential only because Cryptic Command and Glen Elendra Archmage out-resourced it.
Misotheist: To me, white is a color that probably welcomes legendary elements most of all. It's all about consecration, sanctification—honoring saints, and martyrs, and other figures of destiny for their piety, and the salvation that they brought. So, I think this breaks the character of white entirely. Not all religious mediums are white. Misotheist, would be like green or blue. Obviously darker religions are black. Anti-religion is red (Atheism—Anarchy). Hermetism is like green for sure. The effect itself is pretty simple and has its limitations. It wouldn't stop legendary lands (since they aren't cast)—just FYI. I still don't think I would implement it in this way. This is more like a freebie effect for a bigger, more prominent character's domain.

Players can't cast Legendary spells.

- Not one sided since its ability is so broad. This effects Planeswalkers now as well.
