alright, my set does not nave a name, but it does have all the artifacts that will be in it (6 artifacts)
the set is very blue based, and is the second set in the block....
The idea behind the set is that the aether is starting to fall apart, and creatures coming out of the aether have effects from it... an example would be
Aether Guy W
Creature-soldier
if Aether Guy has summoning sickness it gets +1+2
1/1
yeah.... thats how the set works...
The idea is that green and white have been using aether as a source of life, but when blue decides to study it, the aether starts to crumble, and then black starts harvesting aether.... yeah its wierd....
Also, I know islandhome does not work exactly how I want it (as it is meant for creatures) but I am going to leave it like it is
anyway.... without further ado, the artifacts from my set (names pending)

Well, i do kinda see the Blue stone as ok, but the others, not as great. Of course, thats not taking into account the theme you are going with, and that considered, they are still a bit limited. In your set/block, I would expect all players to be playing a U/X deck, and the core set to have Tsunami. You are kinda trying to force people to play blue, aren't you? I give your cycle a 3/5.... Woah! what was that about? anyway, i would make the *home ability for the opposing color. Ex-Black stone has plainshome.
no actually, the block is going to be pretty decent... now Im just wondering if
wizard U
creature-wizard
Whenever a creature you control goes to the graveyard, if wizard has summoning sickness, you may draw a card
1/1
Im wondering if that should be a 0/1, rare or uncommon, or common, and only trigger when it goes to the graveyard (that will be a cycle too, with the following effects)
Red-shock
Black-Target opponent sacs a creature
White-Gain 6 life
Green-land search (comes into play untapped)
yep..... but as it is, this set will be highly blue, first set is going to be more white/green focused, and the last set will be focused on red and black....
I have a question, what is red doing during all this? Just sitting back and laughing at everyone. Trying to help black? Trying to stop Blue from studing so that its friend green does not die?

Sorry, i don't like these. I know the Islandhome restricts their use but they give Black, Green and Red access to cheap permanent pump which is something they don't do. If you're really keen on keeping them i would make the White one cost 1 the Green and Black ones cost 2 and the red one cost 3.
As for the other cards they seem quite interesting. I'll be interested to see how the sets balances out.
Red is actually a very destroyed group entering into this block.... the goblins, (and goblins will be the main red creature type) have been warring amongst themselves, and it effects blue.... that is how black will even get close to the aether equipment as blue (wizards) will be hiring black mercenaries to control the goblins that are entering into whatever setting I decide blue to have... I havent decided on race names so a lot of the creatures names are horrid.... meh'....
and dragon, I worried about that... I should really make those have plains home to tell the truth as blue does not get that kind of pump either.... so maybe I will take that into consideration, as white may or may not have access to artifacts depending on where I go with the story
Also, I know islandhome does not work exactly how I want it (as it is meant for creatures) but I am going to leave it like it is
Islandhome (This can't attack unless the defending player controls an Island. When you control no Islands, sacrifice this.)
It still works on noncreatures. If you don't any islands, you can't play these (well, you can, but they are imediately sacrificed). The part about it not being able to attack just doesn't apply to it unless there is a March of the Machines, or some other artifact animator, in play.
They could be more interesting if each color oriented stone had different effects, and they should probably cost more. I think it is interesting though that there is no blue stone. You can't just play monoblue with these.
Life-Infused Stone 2
Artifact (U)
Islandhome
Green creatures get +1/+1 and have trample.
Decay-Infused Stone 2
Artifact (U)

Black creatures get +1/-1 and have fear.
Anger-Infused Stone 2
Artifact (U)
Islandhome
Red creatures get +1/+0 and have haste.
Hope-Infused Stone 2
Artifact (U)
Islandhome
White creatures get +0/+2 and have vigilance.
there was no way I was giving blue one of these.....
how about this...
+1+1 and pro blue for 2.... and remember its symetrical... that means that you cannot target your creatures or (certain) creatures of your opponent with bounce, or blue abilities.... meh, I dunno...
Maybe +1+0 and pro blue....
