Okay... Here are a few cards. They will probably end up completely broken.
Bouyancy Orb 0
Artifact (U)
Permanents come into play untapped.
Strict Schoolmaster UU
Creature - Human (R)
U [tap]: Tap target creature an opponent controls. That creature gains "This can't be the target of spell or abilities." That creatures' controller may choose not to untap that permanent during his or her untap step.
Whenever the target creature becomes untapped sacrifice Strict Schoolmaster and draw 3 cards.
1/2
Forensic Analysis 1U
Sorcery (R)
Return all creature cards removed from the game to their owner's graveyard.
Draw a card
I don't know if Buoyancy Orb has correct wording, but it's nice filler.
Strict Schoolmaster has great tension - Give my opponent an Ancestral Recall or let him keep my creature tapped down?
Forensic Analysis is narrow but I created a card like this before. It's nice.

The first one is a very simple combo with the Patron of the Soratami confirmed to be in Betrayors but that is the only dangerous interraction I can come up with.
Wording suggestion for the second card:
U,Tap: Put a (insert unique counter name) counter on target creature an opponent controls and tap that creature.
Creatures with (counter name) counters on them gain "You may choose not to untap this creature during your untap step. This creature cannot be target of spells or abilities."
Whenever a creature with a (counter name) counter becomes untapped you may sacrifice ~. If you do, draw three cards.
This allows the game to keep better track of the tapped creature and prevents you from tapping several creatures and then playing Turnabout.
The third one has some great combo potential with Doomsday and maybe leveler but nothing broken IMO.

My orb's wording is correct.
I like it a lot, but I'd cost it at 1U with an activation cost of UU
wording seems off though.... I dont think I could get it correct though
