Samurai NEEDS to be in the type. Wizards has stated that the only creature type that has bushido is Samurai. That will immeditately kill it.
I know i am repeating myself but i just feel i need to say it again.
The 3 reasons why i decided this shouldn't be a Samurai are;
1. None of the Spirits in ChK have "jobs". The only Spirit creatures with additional creature types are the Oni and Dragons.
2. He used to be a Human Samurai but now has ascended into spirtdom. I was hoping this would be obvious from the name, art and the theme of BoK.
3. The split Legendary Creatures from BoK flip from a creature with a "job" to just being a Spirit. For example, Budoka Pupil flips from a "Creature - Human Monk" to a "Legendary Creature - Spirit".

Personally, I'd change the art credit.
It looks, to me, more like Wayne England's work than Glen Angus'.
The artist was the bit i spent the least time on (i don't know artists that well). I compared the art with some of Glen Angus' spirits from ChK and decided it was close enough.
