Wormhole 1UU
instant
play wormhole only during a player's upkeep step.
each player gains an additional upkeep step after this one, starting with the player on whose turn wormhole was played, and repeating for each player in turn order.
Since I'm almost positive that this card has wording problems, I'll walk you through what the card is supposed to do:
-You play Wormhole on your turn
-after this upkeep, you get an additional upkeep. when that upkeep is over, each other player gets an upkeep, starting with the person who would be going after you.
-when each other player has cmpleted their upkeeps, you finally draw and get on with your life.
so if anyone has a better wording, please let me know.

Choose one- Target player skips his or her draw step this turn; Target player skips each instance of main phase this turn, or target player skips all instances of combat phase this turn.

Remove target permenant from the game and put X delay counters on it. At the beginning of your turn, remove a delay counter from the card. If you can't remove a counter, return it to play under its owner's control.
^another weird one^
Aether Maze 3UU
enchantment
if a creature spell would resolve, it resolves at the beginning of the spell's controller's next upkeep.
Temporal Skate 3U
creature-illusion
flying
if a spell or ability targeting temporal skate would resolve, it resolves at the end of the turn instead

I'm also pretty clueless as to the correct power level of these effects, so suggestions would be appreciated.
And that pretty much does it for this session of weirdness.

Try not to become hynotized by the downward spiral of your life. Curisosity Kills...
Wormhole = Whoa... your opponents get to take steps during your turn? Sounds like it could be fun in a wacky kinda way, but I'm not even going to try to figure out the rulings issues.
Warp Charm = The first option is a blue/black effect, rather than white. However, I almost think you could get away with it here. Other than that little issue, it's a great card. Very clever arrangement of related effects. Know what would be fun? Entwine. Okay, actually I already made a blue card just like that, but it's something to consider I guess.
Stasis Pocket = I love this! Clever wording. Probably should be a sorcery.
Aether Maze = Looks like it was inspired by Ertai's Meddling, as does the previous card. Wording looks a bit off... try something like "If a creature would come into play from a player's hand, that player removes it from the game instead and puts it into play at the beginning of his or her next upkeep." Functions as a Kismet of sorts, but it's really effective at slowing down aggro since creatures have to wait two turns before they can attack.
Temporal Skate = Same deal with the wording. I'm not sure how useful that ability would be. It doesn't really do much to protect the Skate.

You may only play ~this~ during an upkeep step.
Player whose upkeep ~this~ was playing during has another upkeep step after this one.
When that upkeep is finished, the next player in turn-order has an upkeep during affected player's upkeep phase. Repeat until all players have had an upkeep step this turn.
Heh, that turned out harder than imagined... at first i though you wanted this played every turn, but the I read it again
That should spread out the card a little better though.... make it more comprehensible.

All your costs look good, btw. Hope that helps.
