I've been thinking about how to create a cycle of 4-color cards that truly felt like 4-color cards. The solution I stumbled upon is to have each card be the antithesis of the missing color in its cost, hosing some aspects of that color's identity or helping something that color tends to have a hard time with. I also wanted to make them broad enough so that they don't feel like mere color hosers. And thus these were born. Comments appreciated.

That's what I'd do. Not easy, but you seem to have done a very good job. Only the "I hate B" one doesn't make much sense to me. I'd expect more along the lines of Angel of Jubilation.
My idea was to showcase how black has a hard time dealing with enchantments. I agree it turned out a little more subtle than the other ones.

This is the easiest technique but you need to be careful that card don't feel as though their enemy hoser, as much of the card likes the colour as hates it.

A good case in point. This card feels right at home in RB but does it convey any much blue or green. Works at 3BR.

Not sure why this needs to be universal, particularly where the wording seems to create confusion over whoever gets the elemental. Why not make the effect simply give you the elemental whenever an opponent casts a noncreature spell. Also I think we should have a four colour elemental as opposed to colourless.

I think this one is probably my favourite of the bunch. Needs to be built around and the concept could always to be shifted to the anti-red nephilim (red has an equally tough time dealing with enchantments). Wherever it ends up it works for four colours

Legendary Creature - Treefolk Cleric
Lifelink

The only part of this card which didn't feel white was the treefolk in the creature type. It succeeds in foiling red but it doesn't really break new ground as much as the others here. Lifelink might not be the evergreen keyword you need here.

Another very good design. If we gained life equal to damage dealt by the ability it would feel more black. Alternatively what if creatures without flying get -2/-2. Just a few ideas that may help.
Four colours are tough and I like the approach and the results here. These sort of cards take a lot of work to finetune and I've skipped over flavour or feel here. But I like what I see.
