Slow Mox0
Legendary Artifact
Slow Mox enters the battlefield tapped with a charge counter on it.
If you would untap Slow Mox and it has a charge counter on it, instead remove the charge counter and it stays tapped. T: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool.
Plays kind of like suspend but easier to manipulate.
Blind WishR
Sorcery
Choose a card at random you own from outside the game and put it into your hand. Exile Blind Wish.
I think this card will be hard to break, unless your sideboard is very small. I'm not sure how this would work in casual games without sideboards. I suggest not doing that.
Healing SlaveW
Creature - Human
Sacrifice Healing Slave: Choose one
. target player gains 3 life
. prevent the next 3 damage that would be dealt to target creature or player this turn
1/1
Slow mox -- just use suspend. If you have to manipulate a 0cc artifact to produce mana quickly, it has failed in its task for producing mana quickly. At least suspend less wordy.
Blind wish -- sideboards cannot be very small. In constructed, it is 0 or 15. It probably works in casual where you can just say you have a 1 card sideboard, depending on what is agreed on beforehand.
The card is very disappointing, though, even if made into an un-card. At least make it draw a card or something.
I find it really off for white to have a slave you can sacrifice for life.

I agree with most of this, but the bolded section isnt true. Your sideboard in constructed can be anywhere from 0 - 15 cards. You could show up with an 11 card sideboard if you want. They changed this rule a while ago.
Slow Mox, the point of a mox is to be able to produce mana on turn 1. If it can't it isn't really a mox.
Blind Wish, some combo decks will be fine forgoing their sideboard in favor of making this copies 4-7 of their game winning card. Not sure if that's a problem.
Healing Slave, a successful play on words. It was originally an awful card so it isn't surprising that it is still really bad.

It already draws a card. In silver-bordered templating this could be "Shuffle all the cards you own outside the game, then draw a card from that pile." Replacing itself already.
Heck, I would suggest using such a wording "Choose N cards you own outside the game with different names. If you do, choose one of them at random and put it into your hand. Exile ~."
Due to the way the rules right now this might not need the exile clause per se. Maybe the power level and consistency question could be answered by giving the card flashback?

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

I am actually not familiar on how the other Wishes work in casual games where sideboards are not used. Can you really grab any card you own from outside the game?
This card is designed with constructed formats that use sideboards in mind. I actually think the card is quite bad unless you significantly alter your sideboard to reduce the randomness, but I think its an interesting design nonetheless

It's... casual. The players can do anything they want as long as it's agreed upon with other players. You can play all Mox Proxies if you choose to.
In the old days, before the sideboard rule, a friend of mine used to play Ring of Ma'rûf (what's the correct way to link to this card?) and bring along a long box with his collection to pull from. I wish I remember what the rule was with this card when the sideboard was introduced, but I do remember my friend was flaming mad when he couldn't use the card in a tournament one year.

If the game is not Limited and no restrictions are put upon the sideboard your whole card collection counts. The rules refer to the "legal owner". So you could transfer legal ownership to a trust for a portion of the game.

Nothing fancy here, just a play on words
